  • Beautiful cabin, beautiful setting, beautiful weather

"Great location for a wonderful bit of solitude. Small, quaint, very well appointed log cabin. Well off the beaten path. Next to state forest land on one side, working farms on the other (you couldn't see them, but you could hear them). Nighttime was fantastic - literally couldn't see your hand in front of your face. Just sitting outside and watching the stars is something I haven't experienced in a long time. I'll definitely keep this place on my list of places to return to."

  • Wintertime Coziness

"So much to offer for such a small price! Group of us booked this stay for a ski trip on Saturday at Holiday Valley which was only 20 min away. There was a lot of snow in the area this weekend but the driveway was nicely plowed and clear - driveway was a little steep so be aware in these colder months. The place had so much room inside with a comfortable living room and a wide open kitchen. We didn't get to utilize the basement even though there was a ping pong table, foosball table, TV and futon!"

  • Lakeside fun

"We had a wonderful time at Lime Lake. The hosts graciously allow guests to use their assortment of watercraft, including 3 types of kayaks, a rowboat, a paddle boat and a little sailboat, all of which we enjoyed. Peter was available for any questions. The cottage dock is at a narrow inlet area with lots of boat traffic making it not the best place for swimming, but we boated out and swam elsewhere. There are pleasant country roads for biking in the area, and my sons took the pleasant drive to Ellicottville and tried the Holiday Valley mountain bike trails. We also tried their zip line/adventure park and had a blast, if you're looking for things to do nearby. The cottage is charming, and everything was very clean and seemed recently updated. The first and second floors are connect by more of a ladder than a stairs, which was fine for us, but if my sister-in-law with bad knees had made the trip, she would have had to go around outside to get to the second floor. My only other complaint was that the hot water would erratically and unpredictably change to cold and back again, only a very minor issue. The large deck off of the kitchen is lovely for watching the lake and eating meals."

  • Awesome Lakefront Cabin!

"This cabin was a perfect fit for my family of 6! We enjoyed the amazing view of the lake and the cozy setting of the home. Everything was clean and convenient with extremely fast wifi! Holiday Valley is only a 15 min drive so we were able to hit the slopes! The renters were so nice and provided us with all the info we needed! Definitely recommend this place!!"
