  • Family Lake House Stay

"My wife, sister, daughter and her fiancee stayed for one week. Very satisfying experience; private/quiet east shore location, outstanding deck overlooking the water, trees provide shade all through the day without impeding the view. Kayak and canoe available for use with life jackets/etc. Clean living area/bathrooms; very functional kitchen with everything one needs to prepare meals. Two car garage easily accessible. Deck furniture very comfortable. Well functioning gas grill in a space off the deck with a picnic table. Owners came by when we arrived on day one, very responsive to questions."

  • Nice condo

"It was a very pleasant stay. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. View from balcony is gorgeous. It was so relaxing to watch sunrise with a cup of joe in your hand. You can walk down to the marina from the staircase by the parking lot. The place is so cozy, we ended up cooking a lot in order to spend more time inside the apartment. The place is good for summer and winter as you will find activities all year round."

  • Wonderful Week

"My extended family and I spent the last week in June at this property. We all had a fabulous time! There was plenty of room for us to spread out during the day but yet come together for dinner every night. The lake water provided refreshing dips and access to the water was easy enough so my parents were able to enjoy the water (pack your water shoes if rocks bother your feet). All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and more then comfortable. My husband's hobby is cooking and the kitchen had every thing he needed. We always bring a few extra cooking implements when we use VRBO houses, but we didn't unpack any of our items for this house except for his knives and Kitchenaid mixer. The owner was very responsive when we were setting up the arrangements. The caretaker came over our first day to make sure everything was running smoothly. The house was immaculate and every appliance worked as it should. The house was close to town, where we enjoyed Rheinblick German Restaurant on our last night, shopped at Casa Italiana (Italian market and deli) and grabbed a pizza from Farro’s Pizzeria. We golfed in Naples, stop by Monica’s Pies (also located in Naples), enjoyed the store at Heron Hill Winery and walked upstream at Grimes Park to see the waterfalls. I expect to return next year and would recommend this home to any one visiting the area."

  • Very relaxing with beautiful views

"Rain or shine gorgeous views. The house was clean, quaint, and full of all the amenities you need. The screened in porch was a game changer as early morning coffee and late night hang outs were bug free and dry. Wether fishing off the dock, reading a good book or going for a quick kayak, peace, quiet and relaxation were the order of the day. We watched the birds (including an eagle) do some fishing of their own and watched the mist and fog rise up the wooded foothills. Great great stay and wonderful property top to bottom. The nearby towns had good food and great views of their own. We recommend the town of Canadaigua for shopping and dinners out. T & J"
