  • Perfect size and location

"The online pictures don't do this place justice. It was roomy and clean. I loved the convenience of not having to bring towels or bedding. The fenced in yard up top was great for the dog and the lower yard set up also made it easy to contain our furry family members. You'll have to bring all of your own food, including spices and condiments. We bought replacement paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap and also left some cleaner and zip lock bags there. Other than these and any additional games (they already have some there), personal items, life jackets for adults, they have just about everything else you should need. The canoe and kayaks are a nice way to explore the lake, which is very large and low on traffic. One note regarding safety: there is a non obvious opening to the left of the gate to go down the stairs to the lake, which my dog found and fell partially down the hill...it could have just as easily happened to a small child. We put a cooler there to block it, after we discovered this. Luckily the pooch ended up ok. All in all, this is a fantastic property and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again."

  • My wife and I had a very relaxing enjoyable vacation

"What a great place. My wife and I stayed here on a Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night. It was very quiet and peaceful. The lake was beautiful and a very warm 83 degrees. Almost everything you would needed was provided in the camper. Firewood, kayaks, floating lounges, and life vests were provided as well. The bedroom and bath were a little cramped, but that is to be expected staying in a camper. The only time we were inside was when we were sleeping anyways. The radio in the camper has options for inside and outside speakers so you can leave your portable radio at home. We enjoyed sitting under the awning, listening to music, and watching the boats pass by on the lake. We cooked all of our meals on the provided gas grill. Every night shortly before sunset we would start a small camp fire, watch the sunset, and look at the stars. We had planned on going to a few wineries and doing some sightseeing. That never happened. We talked about venturing out one afternoon, but couldn't bring ourselves to leave our little piece of paradise on Honoco road. Everyone was very friendly and waved as they slowly passed by on the single lane lake road. For what you would typically pay for a boring hotel room, you can stay right on Cayuga lake with your own private dock, camper, and patio. Its a no brainer. We plan on telling our friends about this place and recommending it highly."

  • Lake rental

"I had the pleasure of staying at the lake front cabin with a friend and two teenage boys. The cabin was perfect the camp owner was easy going and a pleasure to deal with full of local knowledge of activities, fishing hotspots.I called for the rental on a last minute day before arriving request. He allowed us to arrive without deposit or security. We enjoyed it so much we asked for a 2 day extension and Greg made Extra accommodations so we could stay.We are now going to try to squeeze at least one or two more stays this fall.I do have one complaint I wish I found this rental campground sooner."

  • Family vacation

"We recently stayed at the cottage for a vacation with our family to relax and sight see in the area. We love the Finger lakes region and this is a nice location. House was clean, plenty of everything you need for a comfortable stay and private and quiet to enjoy time with family. Also was great the she allows dogs so our furry friend was able to accompany us. Lots of space to play and hang out outside as well. Judy is great about responding to emails etc very quickly. Would return if we make another trip that way."
