  • Family vacation

"We recently stayed at the cottage for a vacation with our family to relax and sight see in the area. We love the Finger lakes region and this is a nice location. House was clean, plenty of everything you need for a comfortable stay and private and quiet to enjoy time with family. Also was great the she allows dogs so our furry friend was able to accompany us. Lots of space to play and hang out outside as well. Judy is great about responding to emails etc very quickly. Would return if we make another trip that way."

  • Perfect size and location

"The online pictures don't do this place justice. It was roomy and clean. I loved the convenience of not having to bring towels or bedding. The fenced in yard up top was great for the dog and the lower yard set up also made it easy to contain our furry family members. You'll have to bring all of your own food, including spices and condiments. We bought replacement paper towels, toilet paper and laundry soap and also left some cleaner and zip lock bags there. Other than these and any additional games (they already have some there), personal items, life jackets for adults, they have just about everything else you should need. The canoe and kayaks are a nice way to explore the lake, which is very large and low on traffic. One note regarding safety: there is a non obvious opening to the left of the gate to go down the stairs to the lake, which my dog found and fell partially down the hill...it could have just as easily happened to a small child. We put a cooler there to block it, after we discovered this. Luckily the pooch ended up ok. All in all, this is a fantastic property and I would definitely recommend it and stay here again."
