  • Comfortable, nicely furnished, quiet with beautiful view and mountains beyond.

"My wife, puppy and I had a great three day/night stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Rhinebeck vicinity. We were welcomed at check in and provided great advice as to things to do and places to eat. Great hiking nearby and restful quiet in the evenings. Bill and Shawn and Geneva Vogel"

  • Perfect for families

"We had a great stay at this property. We have small children and they had a blast with all the toys provided. Location of the house is great too with a number of hiking trails close by. Greg is a fantastic host responding to our questions right away and providing lots of good recommendations for things to do on the area. We will certainly consider this house again for a future stay."

  • Clean and cozy

"I arrived at 7:45pm at night and I wasn't expecting the street to be so dark. I had to go around the back of the house to retrieve keys which was a little bit scary since it was pitch black and the crickets were loud. Thankfully I had my phone which had a flash light on it. The home was a miss match of items from many eras ago. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. The appliances were highly functional. I would add a sitting area to the upstairs in the dining area so 2 people could have conversation. The bugs were a bit much in the back so sitting on the deck at night was not an option. The home was very cozy and highly functional for what we needed it for."

  • Wonderful farm, great visit.

"How many times have we pulled into a guesthouse only to discover that we'll be listening to road noise all night long? Tim and Beth's farm isn't like that. It's deep country quiet and dazzling stars at night. We've stayed in the yurt and in Mr. Ed's Cabin and both were comfortable. Also, have the breakfast at least one time during your stay, because Tim and Beth are fun to talk to. There's also abundant bird life, lovely wildflowers. The yurt has a porch from which you can watch the sunset, which on the first night of our stay was gorgeous. All the equipment worked fine and tho the Yurt got a bit hot during the day, as we expected it would do, it cooled off just fine at night. The creek on the property is not truly swimmable, but it's good spot to sit and cool off. There is an actual swimming hole, very pretty, just a few minutes' drive away. Go there and talk to the locals. It's fun! I just hope I can visit again soon."
