  • Great location!!!

"We had a lovely two week stay at this home. It was very spacious and airy. The skylights let in wonderful light and unlike some of the other houses we looked at, the bedrooms were roomy. It was very clean and there were not a lot of knick-knacks everywhere. The outdoor deck is spacious as well and our daughters just loved staying in the guest room off the back deck so they could have privacy. All the appliances worked well. They are located on a perfect street that doesn’t have too much foot traffic. They are two houses in from midway towards the beach. It was a five minute walk to the beach, and a two minute bike ride. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They returned our security deposit in a timely manner as well. We will definitely be back"

  • Can't beat the location

"This is my second summer staying at this home. Super close to all the restaurants and shops with a small grocery store next door. Also about a 10 minute walk from the beach. Can't beat the location!"

  • Magical

"We rented for 2 weeks to have all of our nieces and nephews and their children along with our adult children and assorted rotating grandparents get together. The house is great for big families and is very kid friendly. It is perfect for quickly coming in and off the beach (1 lot to stairs on one side and a few houses in the other direction to stairs to beach w/I lifeguard station). Well equipped kitchen - satisfactory even for foodies. The master bedroom has a picture window to the ocean and a big deck right next to it - no need to turn on the AC with all the cross ventilation. No matter how hot it was walking from the ferry, when you push through the gate, you feel the strong sea breeze. While large, it is absolutely still a beach house, one meant to be loved and lived in, not fussy or Hampton like, other than in the conveniences. The owner is easy to work with, answering questions right away when we had them, buying helmets when we said we'd have kids riding the bicycles, and providing useful local tips. Great vacation! To comment on the earlier review, the rooms now have curtains, except for the master with the picture window, and I wouldn't want them there. The light is beautiful. If you need dark, wear airplane eyeshades. The stove is propane tanks I assume. I think it is as good as that gets. You can't expect it to be the same as a natural gas line. The grill worked fine - maybe new? No problem with the freezer. Plenty big, didn't need the extra one in the laundry room."

  • Fantastic!

"Our second year here and this time we stayed for 16 days! Everything is perfect, from the bay breeze all day and night to the closeness of the ocean and town shops. We had several major parties for friends and family and everyone had a marvelous time on the beach, grilling on the deck and celebrating the sunset with all the rest of the town folk, who come out every night for the best sunsets this side of Key West. Roberto and Phy were attentive to everything, including replacing an entire refrigerator on the eve of a big party - could not ask for better hosts. We had a bunch of teenage boys on their way to college stay over, a continuing series of teenage girls heading to high school dropping in, and everyone fit comfortably and had a great time, young and old. The house has so many nice sitting areas, from the front yard to the screened in porch to the huge back deck, that is easy to both have quiet space when just the family is there and also host a widely varied group of guests who can all find places to talk and enjoy themselves in smaller groups. We've probably stayed at 8 or 10 different houses in Fair Harbor but this is now two years in a row for us at this great place. Book now!"
