  • Great Girls Weekend Getaway!

"This was a beautiful house that me and friends absolutely adored. We visited in early May and the weather was beautiful. Tony was very easy to get in touch with and he was open to changing our check in time to accommodate us better. The pictures don't even do this house justice, it's incredibly clean and nice. I highly recommend staying in this house!"

  • Nice house to enjoy a family vacation

"The neighborhood is quit, the surroundings are nice and full of nature, We went to share one week with our daughter and grand daughter (3 years old). The house is completely well prepared to receive guest. You have all you can need. It is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Furthermore, if you have any difficult, there are Jackie and Al to help you and solve the situation. I can say it. In our case, one day the TV cable box did not work properly so we could not watch tv in the living room. Therefore, I called Jackie to tell the about the situation. Then, in the same day, Al came with a new one, put in place and everything run fine. They are nice people, willing to help in the way required to facilitate your vacation, The beaches (in the bay or oceanic) are beautiful. Both located just a few minutes from the house. Very few traffic during the ride, go and back calm with zero stress. Fantastic. Very good restaurants close to the house. All you need at hand. A good supermarket ensures you will find all you need to enjoy the barbecue on the deck. Nice evenings and nights. Thanks to Jackie and Al for your attention. Surely, we will keep in mind this house to enjoy our next vacations."

  • Location, Location, Location...to the beach!

"This was our first time renting a cottage in Montauk as opposed to staying in a hotel. We went with another couple and wanted a place with our own bedrooms with a comfortable common area so that we could eat, hang out and talk and this cottage met the criteria. It was also a short walk to the beach and very secluded from the main road. Alison was there to meet us when we got there and was very helpful with any questions or additional needs that we had. It was clean and quaintly decorated. From what I am told, a lot of the cottages built for only summer use in the similar price range are on the older side, with a rustic feel, and dank smell to them, as was this one. There were 2 bedrooms. The master had a comfortable king size bed, high ceilings and big windows that let in the early light. There were no room darkening shades. So, if you are able to sleep in a fully brightened room it shouldn’t be a problem. There was also a nest or 2 of baby birds living under the roof. Not sure when they leave the nest for good but they tended to get up and started chirping around sunrise (5am) which made sleeping soundly after 5am in the master bedroom a little challenging. The other bedroom was smaller (b/ still a good size) with only 1 window and shades that blocked out the sun. I know that a lot of people prefer a firm/hard mattress but I would consider bringing a foam mattress topper for additional comfort. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed for our stay and the living room area was very inviting and comfortable. One last thing that didn’t take away from the amazing time we had but did prove to be a bit of an annoyance was the amount of flies that were in the house. When the windows were left open to take advantage of the fresh air/breezes, it appeared that they came in though the small holes in the screens. Needless to say, the fly swatter came in very handy "
