  • Clean and comfortable.

"It rained for most of the 4 day weekend getaway but we were able to walk the beaches during rain breaks, visit with friends and have some delicious seafood. On getaway day I called the owner for key instructions and he told me that since the place was not rented beyond that point and the weather had been so bad that we were welcome to stay another day or so to make up for it. Although we were unable to take him up on his offer, the gesture was very much appreciated. Good man!"

  • Excellent home to use for exploring the Hamptons

"This was our first visit to the Hamptons and we were there in September 2016. The home at 51 Gingerbread Lane was ideal for our purposes of exploring and enjoying all that the Hamptons have to offer. The home itself lived up to the description given on the web. It was clean and had everything we needed to relax and even have a BBQ on the patio. The location could not have been better. First of all East Hampton is in the middle of the Hamptons so it is only a short drive to surrounding towns making it very easy to explore. It was also very close to beautiful beaches and is located close enough to the center of East Hampton that we could easily walk. This home has the advantage of being in a very quite residential area. There are other homes close by but all homes share a large well landscaped common area giving the feeling of individual isolation. After a day on the go we could relax on the patio with a large garden that felt like it was your private garden. There is a very nice pool shared by the other homes. The pool is large, well maintained,. and the landscaping keeps it private from surrounding homes. There is ample pool furniture of excellent quality. We used the pool almost everyday after a busy day of seeing the Hamptons. If you like tennis there are tennis courts next to the pool. We would definitely stay at this home again if we return to the Hamptons and we would recommend it to friends. The owner was very helpful, providing us tips and advice on how best to enjoy the Hamptons. Very easy to work with."

  • Wonderful

"We had such an amazing time at Leslie's beautiful home. The proximity to town and the gorgeous water views, with so many outdoor balconies made this vacation ideal. All the rooms were decorated beautifully, with pretty bed linens, spreads, and pillows. The large open living area was so relaxing and Leslie kept the house stocked with whatever we needed: towels, toiletries, coffee, bottles of water, bikes, movies, books, games, etc. The hot tub was also a plus. We would love to stay again sometime. You have a little slice of heaven right here in Montauk. I will recommend this vacation home to everyone, even though I want to keep it for myself. :-)"

  • Perfectly located beach house

"We had an excellent 6 night stay at this beautiful beach house. The owner was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful in all ways. The house had everything our family of 5 needed. It was all very user friendly, clean and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, a 3 minute walk to the beach on a magical path. We allowed our kids aged 6, 8 and 11 to walk back and forth together without us. The beach is one of the nicest I have ever seen. We were all sad to leave this paradise."
