  • Fantastic every step of the way!

"I stayed with 7 friends in Tommy's house and it was absolutely wonderful! He was always available and so responsive to my questions before and during the trip, and the house is gorgeous! Spacious, immaculate, and comfortable--Tommy made sure we had everything we needed. The house is also so close to Greenport, Orient, tons of wineries (especially Kontokosta, which is right down the street!) and many farm stands, so you have everything you want and need for a wonderful stay. We're ready to go back!"

  • We really like the cottage, it exceeded our expectations.

"Been visiting the North Fork for many years but never had our own place. We soon settled into Patrick's cottage, instructions to power up the house were clear and we soon felt at home. The house is well equipped as described, having some essential provisions provided was also a great help, just replenishing what you use. We lived out on the rear deck most days enjoying having the gas grill with refills available in the garage! Mason Drive is a great location. A short walk to the causeway where we virtually had the beach to ourselves. A trip to Greenport was enjoyed and resulted the following day in a two hour sailboat trip out past Bug lighthouse on a beautiful afternoon, it was excellent. Call into the Southold Fish Market on the way home. Don't miss Shelter Island all within an easy drive. We were sorry to leave Patrick's cottage and our American friends who came to visit loved the cottage just as much as we did ! Definitely on our list to return Chris and Jane Lloyd ( Poole, Dorset England )"

  • Bliss

"This cottage exceeds its description! It is easily the most artistic, charming vacation cottage I have ever rented. I never went to the nearby "public" beach, just donned my water shoes, climbed down the swim ladder, and was in heavenly salt water multiple times per day. New Suffolk is the chillest town, and the area is bursting with farm fresh produce and beautiful wine, fresh seafood, and glorious sights. The large deck hangs over the water, and immediately puts one at ease. Gathering here with friends, around the big outdoor table, watching the Wednesday boat race, has built unforgettable memories. The owner is very very responsive, and just wants us to all enjoy this work of art that she has created. There is one neighbor, but the rest of the view is open sky and salt water. I envy you if you rent this place, it is quirky, but in the most wonderful way. I will say, that it felt very spacious because of the large outdoor space. Books abound, and wild bunnies, Osprey, and all kinds of water birds can be spotted in this unspoiled location. The local restaurant, (one block away!) is wonderful for vegetarians and omnivores alike. For a special evening, do not miss North Fork Table and Inn."
