  • One of my most enjoyable vacations. I'd. give it a 4.5 star rating.

"This large apartment on the main floor of a two-story home is comfortable, nicely decorated and was very enjoyable for my wife and me as well as my daughter, her husband and their two very young children. The home had everything from a fully equipped kitchen to a quiet back yard with a grill. We were a short walk to the center of the village and a few minutes away from two lovely beaches by bike or car. This was a relaxing vacation. We loved it. The owner was warm, very helpful and readily available. She even left a bottle of wine in the fridge for us at arrival! I loved our stay here! Greenport is a gem and the home was wonderful, full of original art. The husband is an artist and has his studio on the property. What a special place!"

  • Quiet and Charming!

"We loved this charming, old house! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the location is awesome! It is minutes from a beach and the village of Greenport. The homeowners were responsive and left information about local restaurants, wineries, etc. which was helpful. We highly recommend this quiet and quaint spot!"

  • Beautiful and unique home

"This cottage was a wonderful place to stay. From the crashing of the waves that you can hear overnight while sleeping to the most glorious sunsets that you can imagine over the sound looking out towards the Conneticut you really couldn't ask for more. Highlights also included the private ocean beach and the incredible bath tub with a view out over the water and of course the abundance of natural wildlife including the family of bunnies and the fishing osprey Good place to switch off and forget about your real life . Stephen and Donna are very friendly and great to talk too. Easy going and made everything very straightforward ! This is a unique spot !"

  • Great place to celebrate our nine year wedding anniversary!

"The studio was private, well appointed and immaculate! it was also in a great location making it possible to walk to some great restaurants, shops, bars and the water. We were also a quick drive to many wineries and Harbes Farm. We had never been out the North Fork before and were looking for a quiet (and kid free!) place to stay and enjoy the fall and LI wine country. Rosselle's studio retreat was everything promised and more. Our hosts were gracious and thought of the little things like a bag of coffee in the room to go along with the coffee pot, great soaps and lotions, a true luxury for parents of young twins. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, I highly recommend."
