  • The Perfect House for a Fun Girls Weekend

"What a wonderful home for a girls getaway! I can't say enough nice things about this home. The layout was fabulous and is much bigger than the pictures show. It is cozy, clean and comfortable and with 10 girls we all felt like we had our own space. Frank was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very thoughtful to our group. The location was perfect as we spent a day at the vineyards and it was only a 10 minute drive from the house. I would 100% recommend this home to any large group and hope I can stay there again in the future."

  • Wonderful

"I stayed with a total of 8 girls in this house and it was amazing. It was too cold to use the pool unfortunately, but everything else about the house was great. We expected linens and anticipated putting them on ourselves, but that was already done for us. We had a great stay. The house is located very close to the beach, which was a nice walk and we were able to visit several wineries on our stay. Overall, fabulous trip!"

  • A Perfect Place

"This was a lovely week. The quiet ocean get away that I was looking for. I was alone and loved it. The bay and beach are beautiful. The house is so tasteful and comfortable. I loved the deck and eating outside. It is in a beautiful area with fun places to explore and great resturants in the area. Joe and Jamie were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. I look forward to going back."

  • Ideal

"Two weeks in this beautiful but spacious cottage flew by. Breakfast each morning on the deck, under the pergola, with a view of the inlet; nights in a four-poster bed; swordfish on the gas grill and dinners prepared in the fully equipped country kitchen; plenty of room for visiting adult children in the two extra bedrooms; a house full of light, charm, and tchotchkes from the owner's travels. The house is on a quiet street a 10-minute stroll along similarly sleepy streets to Greenport's bustling business district, restaurants, movie theater. You're not far from beaches, gorgeous bike rides, vineyards, and just 10 minutes from Shelter Island. Moreover, Greenport itself is a quaint haven of an historic whaling village, with not a Starbucks or fast-food franchise in sight. An ideal escape."
