  • Cozy Beach Cottage

"What a wonderful beach cottage. Wrap around porch, roaring gas fire, cute bedrooms and kid friendly (great books and toys). Took great walks to the beach, collected shells, and enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. A dream location! Best vegetable stands, wineries and shopping (Tanger Outlets) all in one beautiful place. A real vacation. Thanks Joe"

  • Cottage out of a fairy tale

"For a group of peeps tired of the city, this little cottage is a dream come true! Very quaint and cozy. We went during mid-fall when the weather was around 40's-50's and it was quite rainy and blustery. Everything we needed was in the cottage -- bedding, kitchen stuff, and an adorable old-school fireplace. There is a TV with cable even. (Would recommend bringing an HDMI cable/adaptor if you want to hook up to your laptop). Karen was incredibly hospitable, letting us know of local hotspots which Yelp would not have led us to. This would be a great stay in the summer with a cute hammock and grilling area (with grill). We will definitely be back next year! In terms of location, this cottage could not have been better. It is within walking distance of LIRR and the jitney stop and also groceries, restaurant, CVS, and wine store. Dan's bikes could have dropped off bikes but unfortunately it was raining. It is within biking distance of all the local wineries and farms. Amazing trip <3"

  • Charming!

"My friends and I stayed at this charming property in September for our annual trip out east. We had such a great time! There was plenty of living space, and the living room and kitchen had enough room for the 8 of us to easily move around in. The patio area was beautiful, and we spent all of our evenings outside grilling and warming up near the fire pit. The house had everything we needed, and the owners were great to work with!"

  • The best place to stay in Mattituck!

"Several friends and I were looking to rent a house for our old college roommate's wedding when we came across this farmhouse. The pictures alone made us want to visit this place. But when you actually walk through those front doors its even more than you can imagined. Its a perfectly quaint, yet somehow modern version of a beautiful farmhouse. Even though surrounding outside property is beautiful with a great outdoor sitting area for those warmer nights. It's in the best location too! When I showed several houses to my friend who is a local in Mattituck, she instantly pointed out this house and said "this is the house it's a great location!" It's walking distance to Love Lane which is a beautiful tiny center of town with cute shops and restaurants. Thank you Gustavo for the great stay and hospitality! My friends and I discussed if we ever decide to come back again to Mattituck we will be staying here!"
