  • Sisters/cousins getaway

"It was my great pleasure to have the opportunity to stay at Tommy's beautiful, exquisite, and immaculate home. The home was gorgeous and lovingly restored. One did not want for any little thing from blankets linens, beach stuff, games, and even bandaids. The deli a few doors done made us lazy to cook breakfast. We spent most of our time on the back porch(one of 3) admiring the beautiful grounds with many flowers and even a tree swing! Tommy was a delight and most accommodating host. He made us feel so very welcome. Do not go any place else!"

  • Bliss

"This cottage exceeds its description! It is easily the most artistic, charming vacation cottage I have ever rented. I never went to the nearby "public" beach, just donned my water shoes, climbed down the swim ladder, and was in heavenly salt water multiple times per day. New Suffolk is the chillest town, and the area is bursting with farm fresh produce and beautiful wine, fresh seafood, and glorious sights. The large deck hangs over the water, and immediately puts one at ease. Gathering here with friends, around the big outdoor table, watching the Wednesday boat race, has built unforgettable memories. The owner is very very responsive, and just wants us to all enjoy this work of art that she has created. There is one neighbor, but the rest of the view is open sky and salt water. I envy you if you rent this place, it is quirky, but in the most wonderful way. I will say, that it felt very spacious because of the large outdoor space. Books abound, and wild bunnies, Osprey, and all kinds of water birds can be spotted in this unspoiled location. The local restaurant, (one block away!) is wonderful for vegetarians and omnivores alike. For a special evening, do not miss North Fork Table and Inn."

  • Peconic Bay Retreat

"I'm a little late posting this review from our family vacation September 17-21st. My wife, 5 month old and I really enjoyed this wonderful home. The home is right on the Peconic Bay. The location is great, close to the wineries, great restaurants and the Tanger Outlets in Riverhead. JoAnn was extremely accommodating and answered any questions we had. We really enjoyed just relaxing and BBQing on the outside deck. We we fortunate to have some nice weather for the majority of our stay, so we were able to walk right from the deck into the calm waters of the bay. JoAnn even provides a kayak, paddle board and floats in that's your thing. I even did a little fishing right from the deck and caught a few Snappers (baby bluefish). The home has everything necessary if you need to cook your own meals. My wife also love the outdoor shower!! We definitely would recommend this home for a Peconic Bay Retreat!!"
