  • Beautiful, serene and full of light!

"While visiting NY in October I wanted to stay here but wasn't able to. When I seen it available for a portion of my next visit to Brooklyn, I made it a point to jump at the chance to book it. I am so glad I did. First off, Keishera is a wonderful host, I felt welcomed and at home instantly before even arriving. My trip from California had a few delays and she worked with me, stayed in contact and we communicated as needed up to actually making it to the property for check in. The apartment is clean, tidy, beautiful, warm, with great energy and lots of light filling the space;just adds to the charm and coziness. Everything you need to feel comfortable is provided;including basics in the kitchen to start you off. The location is a great combo of a little off the beaten path and close enough to walk to the action! Grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants all within less than a block away. Keishera was/is a wonderful host and her home is a home away from home;a great place to enjoy Brooklyn."

  • Nice little place near Park Slope!

"Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a family wedding. It was really convenient for us because my sister lives about 7 blocks away. Short walk to the F train. We jogged over to Prospect Park in the morning for a run, which is a bonus! The apartment is a little small but plenty comfortable for 2 people. More than that would be a little crowded in my opinion. Really quiet place despite being near a busy street and being in NYC! Slept fairly well. only thing is that you can hear some creaking floor boards and activity upstairs, so if you are a light sleeper, you might need ear plugs. The kitchenette is pretty small and the bathroom sink is tiny! Be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo if you're going to shower. If you need to be near Park Slope for any reason, this is a nice place to stay!"

  • Looking forward to a return visit!!

"We love this apartment. I used to live in Park Slope before I moved to the Caribbean, and coming back to visit and stay at George and Katy's place is perfect. The accommodations are very comfortable and homey, and makes guests feel like part of the neighborhood. Great place. Looking forward to a return visit!"

  • Great deal, super clean room.

"Let me get the bad stuff out of the way first. I was extremely uncomfortable when the staff took a picture of my drivers license with her phone. With all the identity theft out there it made me nervous. The second minor issue was the linens were very old and worn and the mattress not that comfortable. Having said that, all in all I would not hesitate to stay here again. The price was right, it was super clean and other than a few sirens, very quiet at night. I made a pot of coffee and sat out in the front sitting area in the morning watching all the people scurry to work. The subway is a short walk and I felt safe even after midnight. Dealing with the owners was easy. The only other concern I could think of was one of the guests hogged the bathroom putting on make up when everyone else was trying to get up and out. Maybe mirrors in the rooms and a note on the bathroom mirror would help with that issue. The good stuff far outweighed the bad."
