  • Perfect for us!

"This was our first VRBO experience in NYC and it was a homerun. We normally stay in the Soho area so this location was ideal. It is close to everything you need, including Whole Foods, subway and anything else you need. The property was even better than we expected from the descriptions and pictures. It is well appointed, comfortable and extremely spacious. Closet space is amazing, the kitchen has all you want, and the bed is very comfortable. The doormen and super and extremely pleasant and helpful. Claudia is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We wouldn't change a thing and look forward to future stays."

  • Great Stay!

"This was a cozy loft. My family of 5 aren't used to sleeping so close but we did really well And had a blast! The decor was different than the pictures but whatever. Im not a nit picker and it worked out for us for the few days we were there. The door knob did fall off a few times and my husband had to fix it as best as he could. Good price for what it was and would refer!"

  • Outstanding Gem in the Middle of NYC

"We came for a family vacation with our teenage/young adult sons in late July and couldn't have been more pleased with the location and accommodations. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a private courtyard. Just beautiful. It's a Gem of place to stay, right in the heart of midtown. We took the subway with ease everywhere including Mets game, WTC, Central Park, Little Italy, Madison Square, and Time Square. Saturday morning stroll to Union Station proved to be a pleasant surprise with lots of vendors. Minutes away was Strand book store. Chelsea is a quiet neighborhood, with a police precinct two doors down. The Grumpy Café had excellent coffee with hipster type atmosphere. Can't imagine anyone not loving this rental. Highly recommend for families."
