  • Great stay!

"We have stayed at this apartment twice, the most recent time in August 2016. Both stays were great! The apartment is clean and well-located. The street where the apartment is located is quiet and charming. You can head out by foot in any direction from the apt and see amazing sights - Hudson River Parkway, Highline, the new Whitney museum, West Village, meatpacking district. Subway stops are only 5-10 mins away. The owner (extremely helpful) met us both times at the apt on arrival and made sure we were oriented to the apt and facilities of the building. Kitchen is well-stocked for eating in, if desired, and all appliances in good working order. Highly Recommended!""

  • Great place for a family!

"We stayed at the apartment for a long weekend with two young children. The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy, and it was so nice to have a fully equipped kitchen and open living area. The apartment is convenient to the subway, groceries, good restaurants, and the Highline park. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. Loved it and would definitely stay again!"

  • Lovely Host, Lovely apartment, Lovely area

"Marina was the most welcoming and friendly host, and greeted us (we were hot and tired) with a smile and a bottle of chilled water, which was exactly what we needed. Marina knows what a traveler needs, as is obvious from the facilities in the apartment. The fridge is full of chilled water, half and half; there is complimentary tea and coffee, lovely shampoos, conditioners, soaps, body wash. There are robes, umbrellas , hair dryers, DVDs, sewing kit, all kinds of useful things that one might have forgotten to bring. The apartment is artsy and comfortable and is in such a great location - right in the middle of the West Village, which is full of gorgeous restaurants, coffee shops, little stores; there is jazz and theater close by. We were so pleased we decided to stay here. I highly recommend this apartment, and could not have asked for a nicer host. Thank you, Marina."

  • Couldn't have hoped for more . . . .

"My 15 year old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our few days in the City and staying at Nir's charming West Village studio made that all possible. Nir was as responsive as could be - replying immediately to scheduling messages and answering small questions about the cable box so we could be sure to see the Olympics. We appreciated very much that he arranged for us to leave our bags in the apartment in advance of the official check in time because who wants to schlepp bags around NYC? I went to law school at NYU many moons ago and it was fun to be right around the corner. I love that area of town for walking and people watching - plenty of great cafes and easy access to Soho, Chelsea and subway lines to everywhere else. The studio was well appointed - with all of the necessities and a few unexpected amenities (e.g. washer/dryer). Silverware and plates were a bit out of reach for this shorty but nothing a chair won't solve. All in all - the apartment was great and I would recommend the experience to any and everyone (except that I want it to be available for my next trip :-) — Mo (Mom and Daughter from Berkeley, CA)"
