  • Modern, clean and very affordable

"Great location and just a short walk to trains! Restaurants, deli's, laundrymat, bar and grill close by. The owner Tom is available and very knowledgable on things to do and places to see. He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is memorable! The one bedroom apartment is huge with big closets. This apartment could easily sleep 5 guest. The neighborhood was alive, with people walking dogs, listening to music on sidewalks, people reading books under the shade of trees! My daughter and I felt safe walking back to the apartment on late nights. Why pay thousands more to stay in midtown when you could stay here! We felt like we were part of the community not just a visiting tourist. I can't say enough about this apartment or the location! I know when I return to NY I will be staying here! Thanks again for your hospitality Tom. Cheers, Darlene"

"My wife, and our two children stayed at this residence. Mr. Garcia was an excellent host that was accommodating, and very concerned that our needs were met. The apartment is as advertised, with of course the pictures making it seem bigger than it actually is. Even though the apartment is a typical small New York apartment, it had plenty of room for us to relax together and apart. One subway station extremely close (two to five minute walk), while another is only 10-15 minutes away. Be aware that the master bedroom is right above the street, so that if people walk by, you will hear their conversations (we heard quite a few lively ones). The apartment was very clean, and had all the linen and silverware that we needed for our stay."
