  • As close to perfect as it gets!!

"I came to NYC to celebrate a birthday. There were 7 longtime girlfriends in this wonderful condominium in a fantastic location. 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. A kitchen and good size living room. Very comfortable beds in the bedrooms with comfy, warm down comforters. We originally had 3 hotel rooms , we are so glad we found this wonderful condo where we were all together. We will all be back and want to stay here. I am hoping to convince my family to come to NYC and stay here again. Very comfortable and affordable!!"

  • Location, location, location.

"This property was as pictured in the photos. For NYC standards, it was amazing to get a three bedroom at this location for this price. Good value. We had a group of 6 with three adults, two teens and an 11 year old and found it helpful that people could go to their own space and relax. There were plenty of towels and we did not struggle sharing the one bathroom. It was clean and simple. There is a market on the corner, just steps away form the apartment to get basics like coffee, tea, cereal etc to get people going in the morning. Great restaurants nearby. The stairs were not an issue for us, but if people require an elevator, this may be something to think about. The one strange thing was that the very secure locked door into the building would not always be shut by the other tenants. Although we made an effort to make sure it was firmly closed, we could not control the behavior of the other people staying in the building. A stranger came to our door stating he "just bought the building and could he come into the apartment". We shoed him away and laughed it off as "a NYC experience" but it was a little unsettling. So as long as you are shrewd and don't suffer scam artists lightly, this is a cheep and cheerful way to go."

  • Felt like home...

"The apartment is everything the description and photographs present. Keywords that come to mind are: convenience, location, privacy and size. The apartment is conveniently located near subway stops, famous landmarks and shops, but still provided our family with a feeling of our own private piece of the city at night when we returned. Our family of 4 includes 2 teenagers that were happy to sleep on the large sectional couch with pillows and blankets, they didn't want to pull out the bed. The television for them in the living room was nice. Having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us was a big benefit when we were getting ready to go out or needed access to the facilities. The private back patio was the perfect spot for my husband to make business calls or to just sit and enjoy the sounds of the city. I appreciated the washer/dryer and returning home without dirty laundry to wash! We walked to Trader Joe's for items we did not bring with us. We enjoyed 2 dinners and every breakfast at the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals. There are many delis, bakeries, and restaurants within walking distance, too. We always felt safe and were not disturbed by anyone while entering/exiting the apartment. The street surrounding the apartment was residential, clean and well lit at night. The size of the apartment allowed everyone in our family to have their own space, carry on phone conversations, watch television or play music without disturbing each other. Although I have not met Veronica, I have had several conversations with her through emails, texts and even a phone call. She gave very good instructions on key pick-up and checking out. Veronica has always been pleasant and eager to answer any question that came up before, during and even after our stay. I am planning on recommending this apartment to anyone that mentions future plans to NYC. I would also be interested in staying here again if I am fortunate to return. This apartment would be perfect for 1-4 people traveling together for business or pleasure. My husband parked our car at the NJ airport for the week ($6 a day) after dropping off our luggage at the apartment. We walked and rode the subway all week. The night before our departure my husband picked up our car and parked it on the street right in front of the apartment for FREE (7pm-7am). We woke up the next morning, ate a little breakfast and then loaded the car. Easy and perfect! Thank you, Veronica."
