  • Fabulous New York One Bedroom in Theatre District

"Wonderful rental in heart of city that is exactly what is discribed. Information sent before hand to us. Property manager was wonderful and checked in to make sure we safely arrived and offered to help in any way. Loved the location and the apartment, it was clean and perfect for our family. Highly recommend."

  • Wonderful! Immaculately clean, sunny, quiet and spacious. We felt completely at home.

"The apartment is so clean and comfortable with beautiful sunny views. We had everything we needed provided. Elegantly furnished with a very comfortable bed which was nice. Because it's on a higher floor, the apartment is quiet and a real oasis in the city. The location was so convenient and perfect near theaters, museums and lovely restaurants. Don made our stay so easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

  • We loved this perfect midtown apartment!

"My sister and I stayed in this wonderful apartment for a perfect NYC week last month. The apartment is immaculately clean and well-maintained with very comfortable and lovely furnishings. We are very glad we spent a little more to be able to stay here rather than a hotel - it was so worth it. It was wonderful to come back to a 'home' at the end of each action-packed day and relax in this calming and beautiful space. It was great to have a bit of a housekeeping refresh several days into our stay. Clean towels and sheets - a very nice touch. I can't think of a single thing that was missing or overlooked during our stay. Richard was very easy to work with and prompt in all communications when booking and questions prior to arrival. He also met us at the apt. and gave us an overview of the workings and some pointers on the neighborhood. He'd graciously added a few things to the pantry, including some wonderful bread, cream cheese from Zabar's, milk, and a bottle of Prosecco (for my sister's birthday). Plus, fresh flowers on the table! After a long day of traveling, we wanted an easy choice for dinner. After recommending several restaurants within just a few steps of the apartment, Richard kindly called and made a reservation for us at a wonderful restaurant just down the street. As many others have noted, the apartment is ideally located as you can walk to so many great museums, Broadway, Central Park, and 5th Avenue shopping with the subway close by as well. If you are looking for a midtown apartment rental, this is *the one*. My sister and I are already planning our next trip to NYC and we don't want to stay anywhere else!"

  • Perfect Location

"My wife and my 19 yr old son joined me in staying at this perfect location, essentially in what was known as Hells Kitchen and steps from Times Square; located in a very modern building near 9th Av - home to dozens of good restaurants, and around the corner from most of the theatres. We easily got around using uber and the subway. Great walking area. We felt very safe, even after midnight. The building is very pleasant and quiet. It is a corner room with nice views from all windows. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 3 or 4. We travel light so ended up using the laundry facilities twice. Remember to look in the cupboards for tea, coffee, etc, as well as a kitchen drawer with laundry cards (the machines take a special card, which you can add $ to). Of course we found the cards as well as the coffee and tea after we went out and bought them. Check under the sink for laundry soap we left for the next tenant. We usually went to a bakery down the street to purchase breakfast pastries to eat the next morning. Restaurants in this area or the Village are too good to eat the evening meal in the apartment. The AC was especially nice since it was almost unbearably hot and humid in the city. Walk to Times Square subway and grab the train to downtown or even the Mets game (end of the line on Train 7). If you have trouble with the ticket machines, there is always a help booth where you can purchase a round trip or metro card. Thank you to the owner for helping us have a memorable trip to the big apple."
