  • Great week in New York!

"My husband and I just spent a wonderful week in this apartment in Manhatten. The apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel cleaning service is available twice daily, if desired, and the hotel offers a complimentary full breakfast each moring. This location is very convenient for taking the subway or a cab to the many museums, theaters and shopping locations the city has to offer. Park Avenue, Fifth Avenue and Lexington are just a short walk away. There are loads of restaurants and other amenities in the vicinity. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a lovely, relaxing place to stay in New York."

  • Ideal Location

"When my friends and I arrived the unit wasn't quite ready so Peter invited us into his home for a beer and some stories of the neighborhood. It was fascinating to hear the history. Before we could finish the beer, the unit was ready. It was just what we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and had that historic charm to them. But we didn't stay there too long because there was so much to see, eat and drink. The unit is blocks away from the East River as well as the Brooklyn Heights Promenades, both absolutely stunning. To tell you how conveniently located the unit is, on our first full day, we walked to lower Manhattan, toured the Statue of Liberty, visited the 911 Memorial, saw the sunset from the top of the One World Center, had beer in quart styrofoam cups from the self proclaimed last dive bar in Manhattan, and walked back over the Brooklyn Bridge to get home. A lot of walking, but it shows you the convenience of this unit's location. On our next day, we walked around Brooklyn sampling the various bars and restaurants (though we that would take a year to do it justice as there were bars and restaurants everywhere!). So whether you want to tour Manhattan or enjoy the tastes of Brooklyn, this unit is ideal. Very highly recommended!!"

  • Comfortable and cozy

"The apartment was in the perfect location. It was quiet as far as city locations go. Loved walking around the area and everything we needed was either provided in the apartment or close by. It felt like home at the end of the day. My two girlfriends and I came in for a long weekend to explore the holiday markets and festivities and we were not disappointed. There were some fabulous restaurants right on Bond St or close by. The shower was hot, rooms were warm and the beds were comfy and the books were plentiful. I would come back again and stay in this lovely place and would recommend it to my friends. Justin was very responsive and helpful from the first communication. Just lovely!"

  • Clean, Quiet, Safe, Convenient

"We were looking for a spot close to our son's apartment for a weekend stay in Brooklyn. Found it! Also walking distance to many restaurants as well as Greenwood Cemetery (an amazing place!). David was extremely responsive and flexible as we narrowed our choices. Would definitely stay again."
