  • Fantastic apartment and great location

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location made everything we wanted to do easy and fast. We spent time in Harlem and it was great. We felt completely safe, very family oriented. The apartment itself was also great! It was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend. Only downside there was no landline, as Canadians this means we were unable to make any outgoing calls, ie Ordering in food. When we arrived late Dennis still showed us around the apartment and talked to us about the neighbourhood! He was very kind and wants to make your stay memorable."

  • Wonderful apt in a cozy, neighborhood nestled in the upper east side.

"Ari and Eva did a great job with this apt. The apt was great for us and our 2 kids and it's within walking distance to everything from Central Park to great restaurants to the subway. We could easily get around the city from here. It's very clean and the view from the apt is fantastic. Though only one bed and 1bath, it feels much roomier and has great storage space. Eva greeted us when we arrived and showed us everything and gave great recommendations for places to eat in the area. Can't wait to come back!!"

  • Clean, Well Kept, and had Everything we Needed

"Tae was extremely helpful, responsive, and accommodating. Checking in and out was simple, and the instructions for entry that he provided were straightforward. The pictures accurately reflect the condition of the apartment. It was immaculately kept , and none of us had complaints. My friends and I (6 in total) felt comfortable, and truly enjoyed our stay. One thing to note, the neighborhood is a little sketchy. There is a building next to the apartment that upon first glance one would think it was abandoned, but it wasn't, therefore walking through the neighborhood could make you a little nervous. No one bothered us at all, but a couple of times police officers were called to address issues there. Overall, we had a great time! Whenever we left the apartment we called Uber to get to our destination. Parking close to the apartment was a bit difficult, especially due to the alternate side of the street parking rules. If you park your vehicle close to the apartment you may not want to move it because it would be difficult finding another one close by. Again, thanks Tae for the warm hospitality. We truly appreciated everything."

  • Great Location!

"The location of this condo is fantastic - just a short walk to Times Square. We had 3 women stay here, and it was perfect for us with plenty of room. The 2nd bath was a great selling point for us over many other properties we considered. Another nice thing is the daily maid service, and 24 hour front desk, so late check-ins are not a problem. The condo is nicely furnished and is comfortable - with the exception of the lumpy sofa bed. If you are driving, there is valet parking available for $35 per day. Roger was very accommodating when our flight was cancelled (twice!) and we ended up arriving a day late. The condo was available the next night, so he allowed us to stay another night at the end of our trip. :) The kitchen isn't really set up for cooking, but does include a microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher - as well as dishes, silverware & glasses. For getting around NY, we purchased Gray Line hop-on hop-off bus tickets. That took us everywhere we wanted to go and that included city tours as well. We loved the back stage tour of radio city music hall, and it was a bargain at $12. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery options nearby as well as a lounge in the building that serves breakfast. We did not use that, so I can't comment on it. All in all, this was a great place to stay, and I would stay here again when visiting NYC!"
