  • Fell In Love!

"Stayed here for the New York Marathon and the location is amazing. You are close to everything. Fabulous restaurants within 1 block and a starbucks on the corner. The unit itself is amazing. Bed super comfy and spacious and never heard a sound from other units. It faces a court yard so you don't hear any noise either! The host let us check in early which makes a huge difference when travelling from another country, we really appreciated it. Building is great! I can go on and on it was literally awesome. Not one single thing could we say that wouldn't be a five star experience. We will only stay here now onwards!"

  • Great stay in a great neighborhood!!

"We went with another couple and it was plenty of room for at least 6 peope if you use the futon. There isn't a lot of storage for clothing & we could've used some more hangers in the closet but we made do by putting clothes on the top rack in the closet. The air conditioners in the bedrooms worked great on the hotter days and the bedroom on the right has fire escape access which made for a 'bagel on the fire escape in NYC' moment which was priceless! The neighborhood was super clean and we felt safe hanging out at the various restaurants & bars at 2am with no fear."

  • Great location, spectacular views!

"We stayed in an apartment very similar to this one on the 35th floor. We loved our one month stay and the size was perfect for our family of 5. The best thing about the apartment were the VIEWS, definitely spectacular, totally worthwhile. LOCATION was also great: nice neighborhood, near the subway (3 blocks), 3 supermarkets walking distance (one of them 2 short blocks away); many restaurant options - all within walking distance and all price-ranges. It was also a nice walk away (15-20 min) from Central Park and Rockefeller Center. The apartment has great windows, lots of light in every room (something we were looking for). The property was clean and well-maintained: beds comfortable, plenty of linens and nice towels, kitchen utensils as described. The manager provided good customer service and the doormen were friendly and helpful. Although the apartment on the 35th floor only has one and a half bathrooms and one of the rooms lacks privacy because one of the doors to the room is more like a closet door, we would stay here again and recommend it to our friends."

  • Just what we needed

"loved this apartment. I mean its not huge, as most of the apts. in Manhattan, but it sure has the things every traveler needs. Its close to the time square and to the underground train. Most of all, we saved money taking that over a hotel. Nice attitude. Worked just perfect for us."
