  • Great location, Great stay, Great Apartment!!!

"Our first experience in NYC where we didn't stay in a hotel. It would be hard to go back. This is a great litte apartment. Ground floor, comfortable bed, cable TV and WiFi. The location is awesome. Restaurants, movie theater, bakeries, shops, coffee houses just around thr corner. Three blocks to the subway, and best of all, a block and a half to Central Park! We loved our stay in this apartment. Overall a quiet street, but being ground floor you do hear street noise and people, but that did not bother us, it's NYC and you will get that at most places. Barry is great to work with and we look forward to returning next year!"

  • Upper West Side Ideal Location

"The studio is perfect for anyone wanting to experience the city. The bed was big and comfortable. The decor and functionality were perfect. We just wished we could've stayed longer! Walk to Central Park after you stop by Levain Bakery for the cookie of your dreams. It was such a picturesque part of the city. You're near it all without having the hustle right on your face when you're ready to turn in."

  • Perfect Manhattan Aerie

"This is a great place for a NYC visit. I am a former New Yorker who knows the city fairly well; my husband and I were visiting my adult children who live and work in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The apartment is roomy enough that my NYC-dwelling offspring were jealous (!), it is clean, comfortable and quiet, and high enough to have fabulous views of the city and the river. Restaurants, wine bars, groceries, subways, and venues like Lincoln Center are all within walking distance. We could walk to the river or to Central Park, and it was a straight subway shot to Brooklyn as well. In addition, a well-stocked kitchen gave me the option for a few meals "at home," including a dinner with kids and partners. Jeannie and Ray met me at the door and made me feel welcome instantly; they were very responsive to texts when I had questions. This was my first foray into VRBO rentals in NYC and I was not only not disappointed but I was thoroughly pleased. Soooo much better than being in a hotel! I would stay here again in a NY nanosecond"

  • A Wonderful, Relaxing Place

"My wife and I stayed at this apartment for 9 days over the July 4th weekend. Simply a wonderful, relaxing place. We enjoyed our drinks on the balcony and watched fireworks across the Hudson River in New Jersey. We watched the Empire State Building's tower flash with the red, white and blue. The views are spectacular, 33 floors up! The chairs and sofa are comfortable, the bed is great and the linens all pressed and welcoming. We made our breakfasts in the kitchen which was outfitted just right for our needs. You can walk to Columbus Circle for shopping at Whole Foods or go to The Met. We fully recommend this place and will be staying there again on our NYC trips!"
