  • We finally found our place!

"We loved this house. We have stayed at a few in that area and always found some little thing that made us not want to come back but this one was perfect! It is very close to town (you can be at the grocery in 5 mins) yet at the house you feel very secluded. It has a wonderful mountain view, nice hot tub and fire pit to make hanging out at home more fun. Very clean and perfect size for our family of four. A drive to downtown Black Mt was minutes, Asheville was 15-20. Close to everything you want when traveling to that area. The owners are very welcoming (thank you for the bottle of wine!) and seemed to want to do what was needed to make our stay great. I will definitely be returning, hopefully soon, with my family."

  • Quiet and close

"My husband, daughter and I stayed here for the Spartan race back in August. We thoroughly enjoyed the calm and quiet that this cabin offered. It was also nice to have the foam topper for the couch pull out bed since the mattresses for those are so thin. Very comfortable cabin, well stocked kitchen and nice bathroom. Also loved the sample of local honey left as a gift from the owners! Thanks for a great experience!"

  • Fabulous!

"We had a wonderful time in your beautiful log home. The accommodations are above and beyond what you generally find in rental homes. The views are even better than pictured online. Relaxing and calm are the words which best describe the home and location. You are away from it all but close to many adventures in the mountains. We visited Chimney Rock, Bat Cave, Hendersonville, the Biltmore, Asheville and enjoyed every second. There are so many more places to see, but we ran out of time. This means that we will have to return! Thank you, Lori."
