  • A wonderful cabin in the NC mountains.

"Extremely clean and exquisitely decorated. Felt like a true mountain cabin. Owners are great to work with and our trip was wonderful. Very close to all Boone, NC has to offer. We went tubing at Hawksnest and exploring the surrounding mountains. Has a great time and we will be back."

  • Wonderful mountain house!

"We had a great weekend at this property! The house is spacious and comfortable, and has all the things you want but don't think of in advance. And the setting is beautiful - we saw lots of deer!"

  • Great Private Cabin

"My family and I spent Christmas here and loved the cabin. The location is convenient to West Jefferson and an easy drive to the attractions in Boone / Blowing Rock (via the Blue Ridge or 421) etc. The gravel road up the mountain to the cabin was well maintained and we had no problems with it or the paved driveway (even with snow on the ground). The cabin was private and our kids and dogs had a great time exploring the mountain side. The view from the deck and hot tub is great in the winter (I Imagine all seasons it would be nice). We enjoyed the game room down stairs but I would recommend you bring some camping chairs since there isn't any seating down there. The kids loved the smores roasting station and the hot tub. All in all this is a great cabin and I would recommend it to friends and family."

  • Wonderful Stay At The Cabin

"My wife and I were looking to get away from our busy lives for the holidays, and we are so glad we booked this place. We stayed the week after Christmas and we were able to relax and get the feel of a quiet cabin in the mountains. The cabin was really clean and cozy. The location was perfect, wooded and plenty of wildlife but also just a short drive to historic downtown Blowing Rock, groceries, the outlets etc. On one of the days that we were there, we decided to stay in for the entire day and were never bored at all because the cabin had everything that we needed. There is a gym nearby (less than a minute walk away from the cabin door, literally) if you want to work out any time of the day, there are restaurants as well near by if you don’t feel like going all the way downtown. If you are looking for activities without going for a drive, there are hiking trails, fishing, etc. Best of all, we chose this place because it is pet-friendly. We had our dog with us - schnauzer, and there is a lot of areas where we can walk him for exercise. The people that we met in the neighborhood were all very nice and pet owners/dog lovers as well. The owner, Mark was very easy to communicate with, answered all my questions, gave very clear instructions and useful suggestions. We will definitely stay here again."
