  • Awesome Views

"My husband and I stayed at Longvie Cabin for five days. We picked this cabin beacuse of the million dollar views. We were not disappointed in any way at all. The cabin is beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. Dinner on the deck with my husband and the majestic mountains was incredible. One morning we woke up to see the clouds so low you could almost touch them. The fall colors were breathtaking. The perfect place to unwind, relax , and reconnect with your loved ones. Bryson City is small, but quaint, with some unique shops and restaurants. Robert, the owner was prompt with our emails and our questions. Hope to return next fall."

  • Artsy Log Cabin Bliss

"Totally enjoyed the lovely log cabin in the Mountains. It provided a really needed restful visit. Home has a covered porch on the back of the house that looks down over a pond. There are rockers and a picnic table out there and it was perfect. We ate all our meals out there even in the fog. Home was beautifully decorated. It was like living in a piece of art for a few days. Bed very comfy, nice baths and great kitchen. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay. Close to lots of things to do. We will stay here again."

  • Relaxing and beautiful

"We were three adults and three children. The appointments in this home are above rental grade and made for a very comfortable stay. The deck is expansive and great for sitting and star gazing, and the king bed in the master is a wonderful tempurpedic. The loft bed is accessed from an open spiral staircase that we kept our youngest child off of for safety. We were happy to follow owners request to have our kids eat at the table and watch for stains on the is a lovely home and we wanted to keep it that way for the next guests. The driving around there is a visual treat for city dwellers; our teenager voluntarily turned off the iPad movie and enjoyed the countryside. Driving distance: we took 30 leisurely minutes to get into Asheville, a bit less for the Weaverville Ingalls/Walmart. Sliding Rock was kids favorite day and took about 40 minutes for us."

  • Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway

"We were looking for a great view and a quiet, comfortable place to get away, unplug, and relax, and wow, did this location deliver. From the fabulous lake/mountain view to the beautifully decorated cabin with all the modern conveniences needed for comfort, we absolutely loved this vacation and intend to return. We were happy to take our dogs with us, spend some time reading on the swing on the porch, fishing down on the dock (and thanks to Dan, next time we know a few fishing spots to try), taking the jon boat out on the lake, enjoying all the beautiful scenery, and taking short trips into Waynesville and Maggie Valley. It was nice to get to talk with Dan and Leslie. They have made this place such a special retreat. Can't wait for our next visit. (Beth & David, Muttley, Moxie, Miller)"
