  • Great vacation spot!

"Bikes were all that is necessary. Traveled from end to end and block to block. House clean and decorated appropriately. Just a trip to the grocery store for supplies and we were home for two weeks...and didn't want to leave. Even the in-laws were ecstatic about their suite. Would highly recommend to friends and family."

  • Friends reunion and wedding!

"This house was absolutely perfect for our friends coming together from all across the country to celebrate a wedding. It was even better than the pictures-- so spacious and well decorated inside! We had a baby and dog with us as well and it was absolutely perfect for all. We were able to walk everywhere-- downtown, the waterfront and all restaurants and shops. The boats in the garage were the perfect touch for us to enjoy our Beaufort vacation! We will definitely be back!"

  • Exceptional Experience

"From my first inquiry online to our hands-off stay at this property, everything was spot-on. Steve and his team were very responsive while booking and the check-in/check-out logistics were simple. The location and the property itself were perfect. Everything was clean and in working order. My husband and I can't wait to go back."

  • Peaceful Location

"Great location a short distance away from the tourist area of downtown. The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen, and we cooked most meals there. The screened in porch was our favourite room just sitting watching the water and the fireworks for July 4th across the river. We did eat at Blackbeard's just down 70 and Ribeye's downtown. Both were very good and we'd eat there again. We took the ferry out to Shackleford Island and saw one group of horses but took the first ferry back after half an hour as it was too hot and there was no shade. Took the Cedar Island ferry to Ocracoke Island and enjoyed it very much. The small town of Ocracoke has many tourist stores and a few restaurants but we enjoyed the ferry ride the most. If you are looking for a quite location, this is the place. Thank you to the King's for sharing their home and also allowing our dogs to join us."
