  • great place to stay

"We were very pleased with this rental home. The owners were very nice and responded quickly. The owners come to the property each weekend to make sure that the unit is well cleaned for the next group. There was plenty of space for our family, the kitchen is more well stocked with quality cooking supplies than anywhere else we've stayed. Beds were comfortable. They don't supply linens but these were easily rented from a place in town (Emerald Isle Beach Gear and Linens) that delivered and picked them up. The house is located on the far side of Emerald Dr. from the beach which the owners had told us beforehand but we didn't realize that this is actually a fairly busy road. The house is set back from the road a little which made it not much of an issue, just had to cross the road to get to the beach. As the owners mention, it is about 200 yards from the beach which was about a city block or so- it was a little far to get back and forth to the beach with two little kids but we rented a golf cart (from the same place that rented the linens) which made the trips back/forth a lot easier and the kids loved riding around in the golf cart."

  • Best house at the Point!

"This is my third year in a row staying at Lucky Enough and it was another amazing week. The house is always so clean and has everything you would ever need for a week at the beach. The pool, elevator, decks, cooks kitchen, it has it all, and right across from the beach! We had 6 adults and 4 children staying in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone! I cant say enough good things about this house. Looking forward to next year."

  • Great for families with small children

"This was our fourth year renting this cottage. We absolutely love the location. The house is very close to the movie theater and grocery store. It is also close to AB Surfshop and Sandies for shopping. Amos Mosquito's for dinner and the Shark Shack for lunch are great palate pleasers. The house is a bit nostalgic for my husband and me. It takes us back to the type of houses we group up going to on the beach. We had ten members in our party consisting of two families. There was plenty of space for all. The property is very clean, however on occasion, there would be a bug or two. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family."

  • Relaxing vacation spot

"We found that the complex was very well maintained and in a good location. We thought the beach area was a short walk to the condo and not crowded at all. The pool was well kept and also not crowded for our enjoyment. The condo itself was clean and accommodating. Our favorite part of the condo was the view of the ocean. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive. The property manager was courteous and accommodating. We liked dining at the Ice House Restaurant in Swansboro and visiting Beaufort. We liked that this area was not heavily commercialized and crowded."
