  • The very best 5 stars!

"We had a wonderful time at Topsail. The condo was beautiful and had everything you could ask for, beach towels toys and chairs and umbrella. We have been coming to Topsail for ten years and this is the best condo we have stayed in."

  • Relaxing and peaceful

"Really nice home to stay in and very close to the beach. I was really hoping to hear the waves better but we were very happy. We look forward to coming again."

  • Very clean and relaxing condo with great porch with view of ocean.

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great location with easy access to surrounding area. Enjoyed riding bikes down to Fort Fischer. Easy access to beach with option to go to pool. Beaches not crowded. I would definitely recommend this condo to family looking for a relaxing getaway."

  • Wonderful stay

"My husband and I and our 10 month old son had a great time at the Sandbox over Labor Day weekend! The home looks just like the pictures. It was extremely clean, which is always the MOST important thing to me, especially with a baby. I appreciated that there was not a lot of unnecessary decor or clutter around, there was just enough. We loved the updated shower and the new washer and dryer was very convenient. Be sure to bring HE detergent, we brought a small amount of non-HE detergent and had to get something different (no problem as Food Lion is less than 5 minutes away). The home is steps away from the uncrowded beach and walking distance to coffee, Castaways restaurant and the new playground! We walked to the park every morning and played and then watched the boats in the waterway from the dock. The house is on the main street that goes down the island, so it is a busy road and I wish the speed limit were a bit lower. But we were still able to easily cross the street in our wagon with the baby and this was a huge plus - no one wants to put a sandy baby into a car seat! One recommendation I have is to supply a large pot for cooking pasta. There are not a great amount of restaurants on the island or nearby, so we relied on making dinner at home most of the time and would have liked to have done a pasta night. We did appreciate having a charcoal grill to use. Thank you and we hope to be back next year!"
