  • Wonderful condo

"Once again the condo was well stocked and very comfortable. My husband and I had a wonderful week. We hope to rent it again next summer."

  • Clean and on the beach

"The pictures of the condo are accurate except for the deck chairs (new ones are not as nice). The beds are very nice and ocean view is great. Having to take our sheets and towels to a coin laundry plus be out by 10 am is burdensome. Although Greg did give us an extra hour since it was going to be open for a day. There was only half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived for a one and half bath condo. We came to Carolina Beach to see and hear the ocean. The tiny AC unit for the condo is very loud and drowned out the beach sounds. Also the DVD controller is dead and the stereo did not have an "Aux" input plus the CD player acted possessed. It started and stopped plus skipped. Having said all of this we did have a good time."

  • Beautiful and clean

"This condo is well organized with labels that make it easy to locate the correct light switch or locate items. The ample hooks and racks show that the owner gave much thought to convenience when decorating. It has a beautiful view and convenient location and is one of the cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Very relaxing!"

  • Vacation House for Everyone's Needs

"What a terrific time we had at this house! My husband meets up with his football buddies once a year. These are big guys who were very comfortable in this well set up home. The elevator helped with unpacking luggage and groceries. It also served well for those with lingering injuries! The main living area was set up nicely. We could all gather comfortably in the open living, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals or make blender drinks. There was even a crock pot! Our group has a mix of sunbathers and heat haters, but we all felt a part of the action with the covered balcony off the main living area. The chairs were sturdy enough for their 6 ½ foot 350 pound bodies. That’s highly unusual! The owners were easy to work with and take great care of their property. The location is close to everything you need from groceries to The Fat Pelican, an unusual bar that serves from a 53 foot refrigerated tractor trailer – Just walk in and choose your beverage then wander the eclectic seating areas. We would definitely stay here again."
