  • Relaxing weekend with spectacular ocean front view from inside and out.

"First of all the owner was very accommodating as due to the past storm we were unable to make it down on our Friday check in. This cut our long weekend short. The owner allowed us to to have a late check out by 5 pm on Monday so we could enjoy an extra day on the beach, which we did. The place was clean, well kept, and had everything you needed. Love the hardwoods in the main area. Being an end unit on the third floor, the back porch was more spacious. The breeze and view of the ocean was amazing. The beach work over the spring paid off as there was actually a beach to enjoy at high and low tide. You can't say that if you go further down the beach heading toward Kure Park as those condos were surrounded by massive sand bags. The walk to the beach was right outside of the unit. Enjoyed the local food. Seafood at Michael's was excellent. Pizza at My Cousin Vinny's was tasty. Breakfast at Kure Dinner is a must. Small place but good food. Try the egg, bacon and cheese on their biscuits. It hits the spot. Can't forget the hot donuts at Britt's. OH my were they good. Decent walk to Pier and short drive to the boardwalk at Carolina Beach. No need to bring chairs or boards as the unit has it all in the garage area. Definitely will stay again."

  • A Truly Amazing Week

"My husband and I rented this home for a week and all of our kids and grandkids joined us, coming from SC, NC, WI, and CO. The house was wonderful. It had everything we could possibly need. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath (4 of each) and the living area and kitchen allowed plenty of room for all to feel comfortable and not crowded. The house was clean and well maintained. The views from the house were amazing and the beach access was so easy. We even put a small pool on the deck for our two granddaughters. They loved it. Pam and Ray were wonderful to work with. They made the whole experience so easy. Our family talked the last night over dinner and agreed that we would love to come back to this house next year. We are already excited about it. We also loved the residential area, not busy like Myrtle Beach or even Carolina Beach. Yet, there were plenty of restaurants and attractions close by. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only thing we could possible want in addition to what is provided would be an elevator for getting all of our things upstairs. We managed without it, though. Thanks to Ray an Pam for sharing their home with us. What a joy and pleasure."

  • Amazing property for Family of Four

"We stayed at this house for 3 nights. It was fully stocked and clean. It was also decorated very well and organized very well. When searching for a property I had trouble finding one that included linens, so I was very grateful for this one. We could tell that they put a lot of effort into making the house accommodating for guests. We loved the outside shower! Great for rinsing off after the beach. Our young daughters also loved playing with the toys. It was in a convenient location for visiting Ft. Fisher, the NC aquarium and the USS NC Battleship. It worked out perfectly for our family of four, worlds better than a hotel! For future consideration, you may want to consider adding another TV for one of the bedrooms and a window covering for the back door for extra privacy. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! We loved it!"

  • In town for beach vacation and family wedding.

"Just what the doctor ordered to recuperate from harsh Northeast winter and recharge ourselves before family wedding. This rustic and charming beach house has it all. Panoramic views of the ocean. Beautiful and roomy enclosed back porch where you can have morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Stone throw from the ocean. Liked the open look of kitchen and living room areas. Bedrooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Added bonus of washer and dryer and basement shower to wash off sand after day at the beach. Plenty of reading material and board games on hand for bad weather days. Carolina Beach restaurants and Fort Fisher State historic Site easily accessible. An overall great experience and would highly recommend Paschall House to anybody looking for beach getaway. Definitely plan to return in the near future."
