"The house was perfect for our large family! Every room has its own bathroom and balconies! The ping pong table was perfect for a tournament. The views were beautiful. My family could not stop raving about how incredible the house was! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family! It was an unforgettable trip!"

  • Lovely condo and area

"This was our first trip to OIB (we're used to south Myrtle Beach area), so we had many questions. It also was our first time staying in a condo-we usually stay in a beach house. We weren't quite sure what to expect. Laura answered every question, and quickly. The location is fabulous--the town is beautiful, as are beaches. Beaches are nice and flat, as they are further south. There is a great sandbar to the west, near the inlet, at low tide. The condo is as lovely as it looks in the photos--love the decor. We had plenty of room for our group of 13, and everyone loved it, from kids to grandparents. The condo was nice and clean. The parking level storage area is a great benefit, so you don't need to lug your sandy chairs and surfboards upstairs. There was no noise from neighbors. We loved having the pool option in case jellyfish are abundant, and the elevator was nice for loading and unloading (or for creaky knees), although we did take the stairs quite a bit. The area is quiet, and everyone is friendly. We loved having Lowes deliver our grocery order on the first day. We ate at The Isles (a two-minute walk) for my birthday, which was delicious. We also tried Charlie Grainger's for barbecue and Causeway Gourmet--both great options. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. All appliances work well, and the kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to cook your own meals. One huge plus for this girl with a spinal condition was comfortable mattresses! I also loved that there were blackout curtains in some bedrooms. We all enjoyed watching the foxes in the dunes, and the men and kids enjoyed fishing on the Intracoastal (we brought a small boat) and the OIB pier. We thought we'd drive to Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, but we enjoyed OIB so much we never did. We absolutely would rent again."

  • 42 Privae Private Dr.

"Julianne has made very nice improvements to this property. Patio out back with fire-pit (think s'mores) new gas grille, fridge in the utility room for soft drinks, more and improved porch furniture, really quiet dishwasher, microwave, replaced the worn furniture in the living room, flat screen TV's in all rooms, WiFi, new furniture in the master. She is helpful and called (while she and her husband were on vacation) to see if everything was OK. Proof is in the details and we've reserved our week again for next year. Julianne is a pleasure to to arrange with."

  • Great family time

"We enjoyed our stay , was very convenient to both the pool and the beach. The deck and patio were great just to relax and watch the kids play! House was very clean and just the right size for our family! The outdoor shower was a big plus with little ones after time at the beach! Only thing I would recommend is adding a tv in the main bedroom on the downstairs level. All in all it was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend it!"
