  • Family Vacation :)

"This is a lovely home..... every bit as nice as described. And the Wagner family is so nice. Our group ranged from a 74 yo grand-paw to a 6 week old baby.... 6 kids....1 Teen,...1 College age + moms/dads, aunts, uncles... The home was spacious. Comfortable beds... The elevator was wonderful. Bunk-beds perfect for the little ones. The pool... just awesome (the kids loved night swimming). And the beach just steps away."

  • Quirky and rustic, an excellent hideaway on the water.

"My wife and I enjoyed every minute at the Cozy Waterfront Cabin. Entering the house you're met with an array of awesome and quirky decorations from all over the world. It was very clean, cool (AC works very well), very homey, and provided all that we needed. We brought our kayaks and fishing gear, launched the kayaks from the backyard and fished the ICW. We even got to paddle with dolphins in the main channel. The location was great, close by to restaurants, bars, and the beach. We'll be sure to stay again next time we visit Topsail."

  • NAKISKA

"My family and I stayed in the townhome the week of Memorial Day. The home is very nice and was clean. Fully stocked kitchen and very nice appliances. The only issue was the downstairs HVAC unit went out. But, the owner ordered fans form us and he was in the process of having it fixed. He was most gracious."

  • Wonderful, Memorable Beach Vacation!

"We arrived at the Pelican Palace and were pleased from the first view! It is charming on the outside and beautifully clean and decorated on the inside. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals (the dishwasher was even bigger than ours at home!) and a very organized pantry with laundry and extras. The views were absolutely to-die-for and we enjoyed being so close to the beach that our kids could run in and out and we could see and hear them. It was fun going to eat at Max's Pizza, Island Delight, & the Fractured Prune for hot, fresh donuts in the mornings. Our photographer daughter got some breath-taking shots of sunsets over the sound (within walking distance), too! There were little touches like great books to read (including children's books in the kid's rooms), a kayak!, boogie boards, sand toys, puzzles and games too. Everyone in our family - from the adults to all kids (ages 18, 16, 12, 9 & 7) enjoyed the trip and the house immensely! Thanks so much for letting us stay in your little piece of paradise :)"
