  • Wonderful house in a great location

"Never-Ending View is a very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and well-appointed house definitely worthy of a 5 star rating. It felt like we were guests in a friend's home rather than just another group of vacationers in a rental house. We were happy to find a kitchen adequately stocked with decent equipment for preparing and serving meals to a houseful. The top deck offers a choice of shade or sun and is spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the lovely view and sea breezes. Just a few steps across the road and over the dunes and you're on the beach, which was pleasantly uncrowded during our stay in mid-Sept. The roomy outside shower was especially useful for returning from the beach with sand-covered kids in tow. We were very happy with our stay at Never-Ending View and would definitely consider renting this property again. **One thing to note is that the bedroom descriptions/photos have not been updated to reflect what could be a fairly significant factor depending on the makeup of your group: there are 4 bedrooms each with a queen bed (no bunk beds as shown on the website) and a ground floor bonus room with a Murphy bed and bathroom."

  • A great get away haven!

"This was a family reunion of sorts, and turned out to be the perfect place for us. You can't beat being steps away from the beach, but the beach-side gazebo is a real highlight for this property: most of the beach-front properties have nice decks for being outside at the ocean (and this one is no exception) but the gazebo is a fantastic feature. The location is great, the covered parking worked well for our vehicles (but watch for clearance on taller vehicles) and the driveway actually came in great to catch the afternoon sun on a couple of otherwise cool and windy days. We took advantage of the charcoal BBQ a couple nights, the kitchen is very nice and well stocked with appliances and utensils, and even plenty of "coozies" to keep beverages cold outside. The Master Suite is very roomy, and the walk-in closet is great. The rest of the rooms are wonderful too, nothing but compliments from the family on choosing a great place for our reunion. And little things: the telescope for looking at boats or dolphins, the outdoor sink for washing beach treasures and the outdoor hot/cold shower are all things that make this a great place to stay. And, the Owner was fantastic to deal with. We had a bit of a scheduling issue but working with the Owner to figure out a solution could not have been easier or had a better outcome: contacting the Owner was easy, quick response and very understanding of our issues. We enjoyed the easy access to the was a little early for day-long beach activities, but so easy to get out for a beach walk and hunt for shark's teeth (10 found!). We also took advantage of the local restaurants (Sears Landing and Daddy Macs for great seafood, Gallagher's for burgers), and bought some fresh seafood for cooking in. We also got to spend some time at the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue facility, also recommended. I would highly recommend this property, and I hope to be back again!"

  • Another fabulous stay!

"This is our third time at the Loggerhead, and this visit was just as perfect as the first one. Ann has thought of anything you could possibly want. Everytime we though of something we wish we had brought with us, we spent a few minutes and found it tucked away in a cabinet somewhere in the house! The weather was great, the fishing was awesome, and the beach was beautiful!"

  • An Owner who cares about his guests!

"We just returned home from a week long stay at Full Timeout. From the time of arrival to the time of departure we had an amazing time! The house was being cleaned on arrival, so we waited on the deck and the ocean. Once inside, everything was as promised! Clean, fresh, and ready to go. The reason we picked this house was: 1. it is ON the beach 2. It is PET friendly! You'd never know that other pets have stayed there either, it is that clean! We traveled with teenagers and my retired parents. The house was perfect for all 6 of us with 1 extra bedroom and 2 extra bunk beds to spare. The kitchen was refreshed this spring with new counters, drawer fronts, and cabinet doors. The bedrooms have new beds (and they are comfortable)! The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need, including a blender, deep fryer, tons of pots and pans, and plenty of silverware and other kitchen utensils. As Joe states, you must rent linens, and there are a couple places available to do that. On the deck we noticed some boards that had holes in them, and others that frankly needed to be replaced. I wrote to Joe about them, and said he may want to think about doing that soon, so a small child didn't step in the hole and get hurt. THE NEXT DAY the boards were replaced by his crew! Tony and John are amazing! On Thursday of our week, the dryer started to smell like smoke. I reported this to Joe immediately and the next day he replaced the unit with brand new full size washer and dryer! Again, Tony and John were great! Professional, honest (could have left the house with them in it and not worried at all). The beach is amazing. A fresh water shower to rinse off after the beach. A great deck to watch the sunrise or dolphins play. One of a FEW houses on the beach that has a SCREENED IN PORCH AND A FINISHED lower level! Location of this house is great as well, as it's not close to the public access, so the beach is less crowded than other spots. The only improvement I'd like to see is a better internet service. We had multiple devices and only 2 phones and 1 computer would connect to it. Joe said he hadn't had any other issues with guests. I cannot say enough about this property and the owner!"
