  • Location. Location. Location

"The property was a great location for our long weekend in Charlotte. We had a little difficulty getting in initially-with key code. The location was perfect for us. We had a couple of Uptown tours so getting there was easy. We went to a couple of restaurants nearby-Tupelo Honey and Sunflour Baking (for 2 breakfasts). The Dilworth area is a neat area. It was so quiet. We appreciated having the parking place in back. Apartment was well outfitted for our stay-one thing missing were tissues in bathrooms which we were able to pick up in nearby Riteaid. Great customer service and contacts by Manager Charlie."

  • Favorite Places

"My friends and I love this cabin. We just completed our sixth annual Danbury trip, and our third or forth timing staying at this cabin, so clearly we are fans. The cabin is great - it's clean, beautiful, has all the amenities you could need, has a great view. I could go on and on. When we have a larger, we have also rented the cabin next door to accommodate everyone, and it is as equally as nice. The location is great! Easy access to Priddy's General Store, Hanging Rock State Park, tubing, etc. The owners are also excellent to work with and very accommodating. Looking forward to returning again next year!"

  • Relax by the Lake

"We had a wonderful family fellowship and relaxation by the lake. Everyone from the young to the old thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The house is well equipped for everyone's needs. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra refrigerator downstairs was such a help. Plenty of places to hide out and read or get with the family for TV or games or just conversation. The deck above the boat dock was especially inviting and well used. The pontoon boat was very enjoyable for relaxing rides on the lake and/or fishing. We caught enough catfish for a delicious meal. The weather was wonderful - we could not have asked for a better week or place to stay. The only recommendation we have is it would be helpful if the light switches were labeled - but we managed."

  • Perfect spot for us to be with our daughter & 2 grandchildren

"Lake Norman is such a lovely place to be, and this 2 bedroom, one and a half bath cottage was the ideal location for us. The accommodations were very nice, but especially popular with the children were the boats. We went out every day in the paddle boat which our 8yr. old grandson fished from and caught numerous sunfish, a bass, and a catfish - he was delighted! The canoe was so nice to be able to use too - and designed not to be too tippy. It was so nice of the Tatums to share their life vests, boats, yard, dock, entertainment kitchen, and grill with us. Since we were here for a reunion at my brother's on Lake Norman, we didn't take advantage of all that was offered."
