  • Beautiful home on the lake

"Beautiful home on Lake Hyco. Stayed here for two weeks for a work trip and couldn't have been happier. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very responsive."

  • Thanksgiving getaway

"My family and I rented 78 Red Bud Lane over the Thanksgiving weekend this year. The house was perfect for a great weekend with family. The house is very clean and has plenty of room for all quests. The house is located on a very quiet cove and has a screened in porch that is the perfect place for morning coffee. We will definitely stay at this property again when we visit Hyco Lake."

  • Beautiful location, great house

"We stayed at the Iron Horse cottage the night before our wedding with several friends. It is a beautifully decorated house and was so fun and convenient to stay there before the wedding. The property is gorgeous and owners are friendly and helpful."

  • Absolutely 100% secluded cabin on the lake with no other house in site. SPECTACULAR!

"Kathy was awesome to communicate with. We stayed at Cornerstone Cabin the week of Christmas 2016. Kathy even decorated it for Christmas for us! The photos don't do it justice. The cabin is amazing inside and out. The log construction is awe inspiring! The views are breathtaking from inside the cabin. The screened porch is fabulous. The downstairs bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. And to wake up and see the trees glowing against the lake... beautiful. There's a world of history in the walls and in the quilts and antiques throughout the cabin. If you listen closely at night, you can almost hear, "Goodnight Elizabeth, Goodnight Jim Bob, Goodnight John Boy". It's just that kind of place --- it takes you back to a simpler time and you can just leave your busy life behind for a little while. We brought our giant yellow lab and he loved walking in the woods along the lake (ok - maybe IN the lake, too :)). We live wayyy out in the country. Finding a PRIVATE rental is very important to us. Cornerstone Cabin is perfect if you want privacy, but it's a quick drive to town if you need groceries or want to eat out. Thank you, Kathy and Arch, for sharing such a special place with us. We will return. Rich, Lorraine, and Beau (the big yellow dog)"
