  • Great location and Great View!

"Great location near so much. We went fishing all over, which was the purpose of our stay. Cabin has a great view and nicely appointed."

  • The Three Sisters & Spouses Get-away

"This was the perfect place for the first trip of the "3 Sisters & Spouses" as we celebrated our retirements !!!! The house was exceptional in every way--for comfort, privacy, scenic views, as well as being a beautifully decorated mountain home. The kitchen was fully equipped so that we could easily prepare meals while enjoying the beautiful setting to dine at our leisure! We could not have asked for any place more suited to our needs. We had a wonderful stay & thank everyone for being so accommodating! One of the couples had not been to the Maggie Valley area before and we found it easy to travel from the home to all the wonderful sites nearby!"

  • Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway

"We were looking for a great view and a quiet, comfortable place to get away, unplug, and relax, and wow, did this location deliver. From the fabulous lake/mountain view to the beautifully decorated cabin with all the modern conveniences needed for comfort, we absolutely loved this vacation and intend to return. We were happy to take our dogs with us, spend some time reading on the swing on the porch, fishing down on the dock (and thanks to Dan, next time we know a few fishing spots to try), taking the jon boat out on the lake, enjoying all the beautiful scenery, and taking short trips into Waynesville and Maggie Valley. It was nice to get to talk with Dan and Leslie. They have made this place such a special retreat. Can't wait for our next visit. (Beth & David, Muttley, Moxie, Miller)"

  • Majestic Hickory Lodge

"We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with my sister, brother in law and another couple who are special friends. The cabin was beautiful, especially the cathedral ceiling in the upstairs living room with all of the mountian top views. The morning sun rises were spectacular as we sat on the deck with our coffee. We had a lot of fun playing pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi also! All of the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were supplied with towels, wash clothes and tp. I would definetly stay again. The only negative part is the steep drive up to the cabin and the gas grill's propane tank was empty. Our husbands had motorcycles and we had a four wheel drive truck. We all road the tail of the dragon near Robinsville, and we all agreed that the drive up to the cabin was more challenging! Not for the weary at heart"
