  • The home and the location were everything we were hoping for. The Blue Ridge Mountains were gorgeous

"As we were driving up the mountain we were in awe of the country and the setting that we were in. Driving into the driveway we all were ecstatic about the home itself but the view was breath taking. The condition of the home was wonderful as it had everything we needed. The front porch faced east and every morning we met there with a cup of coffee to watch the spectacular sunrises. We went to nearby Chimney rock for a days hiking and then back home to a relaxing evening playing pool games and visiting. I would highly recommend this home and this region to anyone and hope to go back some day."

  • Unique Lodging!

"The Barn was a very unique and beautiful experience. It was like camping in a big open lodge. One private bedroom and sleeping for six more all together in an open space like a youth cabin with bunks. Very cool! We never saw the owners but had everything we needed and it was all very tastefully done! We loved it and would definitely go again."

  • Great time at cabin

"Everything was good, just like the last time we rented this cabin, and we plan to return next year."

  • Perfect getaway!

"My two children spent a week at a camp in the area and in order to avoid one exceptionally long day of driving, we decided to travel to Hendersonville on Friday, pick the kids up Saturday morning and return home on Sunday. I am so very glad we were able to stay in this neat and clean cabin. The views from the cabin are absolutely beautiful! My son is a bit of an explorer and it was not long before he discovered the blackberries peppered on the property and on the gravel road down the mountain. He started with a handful but eventually had over 200 (yes, he counted them) so we had to drive back to town to get the ingredients for a blackberry cobbler. Our plans came about last-minute and Beth was extremely responsive and helpful (and patient...we played phone tag for a while) throughout the entire booking. I especially like the fact that there were no hidden processing fees, etc. as is often the case with other VRBO rentals. There is already discussion about going back next year! This property will not disappoint---but be warned, you really DO need AWD or 4WD for the last two miles!"
