  • Wonderful secluded cabin

"Very clean, neat, and spectacular views. A wonderful place to relax. The final couple of miles of access are via gravel switchback roads, so you definitely want AWD/4WD, but the drive is worth it. About 20-25 minutes to downtown Hendersonville. The cabin is well stocked if you want to do your own cooking. We really enjoyed our short stay."

  • Great couples weekend! :)

"We had a wonderful weekend here! The house was very neat, cozy, and clean. It was a little cold when we first got there but after starting a fire and getting the heaters going it warmed right up! We had a 3 couples staying and had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the fireplace, grilling out, the sound of the creek from the porch, and playing board games in the loving room. Also, we went snow tubing at Moonshine Mountain about 30 minutes away and had a blast. We found a great Mexican place called Tequilas in Hendersonville that was great! We got up early and drove to "The Edge of the World" that was suggested and watched the sunrise! It was breathtaking! On our way back we saw another snow tubing place right near the cabin called Black Bear Snow Tubing. www.blackbearsnowtubing.com/worldpeess1/ We will definitely try this place out next year! We also went to Dupont State Forest Park about 45 minutes from the house. We hiked to 3 different waterfalls and a covered bridge. It was beautiful but definitely a HIKE! The owners were very helpful and nice. We will surely stay again soon. Note.... the roads are very winding to the cabin so drive slowly."

  • Wonderful escape even for big groups.

"We had a large and motley crew of guests (6 adults, 5 children aged 3 months to 9 years) and a dog to boot and the house was an absolute delight. Plenty of bed-space for all, very well stocked with plenty of linens, soap, paper towels, etc. We very much enjoyed the porch with grill and rocking chairs and spent a good deal of our time out there. Nancy (the owner) was great--always quick to reply to questions and was extremely accommodating of our group. We loved Hendersonville and can't wait to come back. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Husband and wife

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and we're extremely happy with this luxurious mountain home. The long range, multiple view mountains were such a blessing to see, especially the spectacular sunsets. One day a beautiful deer came near the home's office area and was amazing to see. The golf course is great with breathtaking views. We loved walking on the various trails and the home's proximity to the clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and swimming. This was one if our best vacations and highly recommend this lovely home."
