  • A bit of heaven on earth!

"Spent the week with my son and 3 grandchildren. The cabin was even better than I imagined. Cozy, comfortable and peaceful. The grandchildren slept on the deck in a tent on the nights it didn't rain. They enjoyed playing in the creek and we all enjoyed roasting hotdogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. Visited shops in downtown Hendersonville and Brevard. Both about 30 minutes away. Great place for enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Highly recommend and Paula is wonderful to work with. Thank you Paula and Eddie for sharing your cabin."

  • Young children will love it!

"The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. The house was better than what you see in the pictures. It is rustic and quaint, and very clean. We spent several days their with our family of seven, and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled and the furniture was clean. Several months later our children are still talking about our stay and the converted basement into a game room. I highly recommend this place for a family with young children. The owners have gone well beyond their duty in making sure that the children had plenty of things to play with. Of note, there is only one parking spot and it favors an SUV due to the steep slope. Otherwise, it's close proximity to Asheville, Chimney Rock, and Lake Lure makes it an ideal place to stay."

  • In the city but out of the way...

"Best hideaway in forever to be what I would call in the city-(Hendersonville). The home was away from everything but close to everything. Tucked away on an unnoticeable street is quiet serenity and beauty. Fully equipped and just plain lovely. The screen-porch and swing were just oh-la-la ...we had breakfast there each morning. Definitely a come and stay again."
