  • Fantastic surprises in every corner

"This house has great details and surprises in every corner though the house is a bit dark. The property was clean and well-maintained with owner providing prompt and thorough communications. The cleaning fee was a bit steep compared to other houses we've rented. The back porch is a nice, private area and would have been more inviting had the area been cleaned off from tree leaves and debris. A suggestion would be to also include an umbrella for the front porch. The area around the house and street makes for nice places to stretch the dogs legs. My mother and aunt enjoyed a little shopping in town, but otherwise we spent most time just hanging around the house and relaxing. Would recommend this property."

  • The Vacation Cabin of Our Dreams

"I am still dreaming of this property two weeks later. Hiking through the the pristine Dupont State Forest forest with unbelievable views of waterfalls that were too many to count. Unique restaurants, breweries, and attractions found in Brevard and Hendersonville within a quick drive. I have to mention Cedar Mountain Cafe, as it was one of our favorite restaurants and less than 10 minutes away. The surrounding area offered so much and would take months to scratch the surface. With most days fully planned we still looked forward to getting back to the cabin. Hearty breakfast on the porch for sunrise. Family picnic lunch overlooking the valley. Serene Sunset dinner next to the fire. Storytelling and stargazing late into the night. The memories made with my son, wife, and best friend are stored deep in the place that nostalgia resides. Thinking of it now, leaving this property was fairly emotional. As if we were leaving home, not knowing the date of return. We are so grateful for our stay. We will be back one day. With certainty I can will not come soon enough."
