  • WOW!!!!

"This home is to die for!! The pictures do not do it justice. And the views are awesome!! We were there 8 days & only left the home twice!! Everyday the leaves turned just a little bit more. I think I enjoyed the peacefulness most. We loved how the home was laid out. This is actually the layout of my dream home. And the kitchen is awesome. Tom & Beth had all of the essentials stocked, and they were very easy to get in touch with & to deal with. I can not put in to words how beautiful this home and the surroundings are. Rest & relaxation were the order of the day!!!"

  • Great time on the lake

"My family had a wonderful time at the Patterson house. Cliff made the stay very relaxing, be able to get on the water on the boat was great. The beds were all very comfy, and the bathrooms were great. Nice kitchen for cooking family meals, and the screened in porch was an added bonus."

  • A Home away from home that is better than home!

"This is our third stay in this property in the past 13 months. It is an awesome home with three en suite bathrooms for privacy for up to three couples. It includes all of the amenities you could ask for and is in great shape. It has a huge deck much of which is covered that looks beautifully out on the Lake. Washer/Dryer pantry, all of the dishes, cookware, towels and linens that you may need. Close to shopping, dining etc but private and quiet with a large circular drive that will accommodate several cars. Close to hiking, fishing and boating. Great area for Motorcycle riding and antiquing. We find it a great get away yet it is just an hour to Franklin, Two hours to Asheville and about an hour and a half to Atlanta. Split between 3 couples the rent is much less than hotel rooms or in some cases even campgrounds. We have already booked for next year to return."

  • A GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

"We loved it here! Owners are very pleasant to work with. I really liked sitting on the screened porch listening to the rushing water in the creek. My granddaughter enjoyed fishing in the pond. Lots of games, puzzles in the cabin which we took advantage of in the evenings. Also loved exploring the small, quaint little towns nearby. Our only problem was our time spent here was way too short!! We can't wait to make plans for another trip here!"
