  • A lovely mountain retreat

"Our family loves staying in this house! We have stayed here 3 or 4 times and so much enjoy the large kitchen, and the outdoor covered porch. With a large family, the cubic footage from the high ceilings easily absorb the cacophony of noise. There's plenty of parking and the walk down to the dock is steep but safe. The house is starting to show some signs of wear and tear in the hardwood floors, some of the windows, and wood areas outside. The once very pretty landscaping seems a little neglected and tired. And on a side note, we so needed access to the extra refrigerator in the laundry room for overflow of food for 10. All said and done, we love Summer Cove and have created some awesome memories while staying there. I hope it stays accessible for a long time as a rental."

  • Amazing cabin with a great location!

"This was such a quaint and cozy cabin with all the necessities. It fit our family of 6 and could have easily fit a couple more. The location was perfect. It was a short drive into town and just 10 minutes to Sapphire or Highlands. We also drove an hour and 20 minutes to Chattahoochee to go tubing and snow boarding. It was worth the drive. It would have gotten 5 stars but their was an issue with taking the trash out at our departure. We would love stay here again."

  • merriest christmas

"we loved our stay at trillium over the christmas holiday. it was the perfect get away for our family of 5. the condo is well stocked with things you need and they couldn't have been nicer to work with. we were well informed and they even had decorated a little for us. there was room for everyone. the only draw back was being on the 2nd floor- lots of steps to unload our car and a neighbor underneath. she was sweet. overall, it was a great christmas!"

  • Beautiful, Inside and Out.

"Our entire experience, from booking to receiving a great "Thank You" from the owners, was awesome. I can say right away that, although I would have loved some holiday snow for our stay, I'm glad it didn't snow -the property is located on a really steep road/driveway, and driving to the various towns would have been tough. The property was super spacious, beautifully decorated, SUPER CLEAN, very organized, and close to awesome waterfalls. The master bedroom was just great - great shower, great bedding, super nice architecture, and just super clean. One of the best things - everything you need for preparing nice meals is there, including muffin tins, all sorts of utensils, even a big crockpot. You really don't need any of that stuff if you visit - it's all there. One other surprise - kids plates, forks, cups, etc. This was really unexpected and super welcome. We were really close to some cool little towns (Cashiers/Highlands) - if you want to get out and eat/drink/shop, plan on a 20 minute drive if you aren't use to mountain driving. I would also recommend going and seeing all of the surrounding waterfalls, which is also a close drive and definitely worth mustering all of your family to go see. One important note - write down the directions or save them offline, as we frequently were in places w. no service, making navigation difficult if you plan on relying on your GPS. All and all, wonderful place, and would be literally PERFECT in the summer, as everything is right there - boats (and life preservers), fire pit, fishing rods, etc. And SUPER beautiful!!!! Go see the waterfall right down the road - awesome. Ben and Stacy were very communicative and helpful. Do it. Book this spot. Totally convenient and will make for amazing memories. PS - Don't go to Sapphire Brewery - that was the low point of our trip."
