  • Cozy cabin in a serene location with breathtaking views

"The cabin itself is cozy and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, and a large open living and dining space. It was perfect for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The location is spectacular with its expansive view of Lake Glenville from a beautiful deck. There's also a dock right on the lake where even in late November we enjoyed sitting in the sun. A wonderful house in a wonderful place!"

  • Rustic & Cozy

"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin is located in the hills near Lake Glenville. The cabin stocked with books, games and a fabulous rope swing. The cabin activites provided fun down time for our family between our hiking, white water rafting and boating excursions around the Cashiers area."

  • Quiet Comfy Getaway

"Beautiful location - close to LOTS of activities. We had a group of seven, and were very comfortable. Short drives to incredible water water rafting, hiking, etc. Would highly recommend this place. Beds were super comfy - linens were super nice. Kitchen was a good size, table comfortably fit all of us. Porch was a nice bonus and the fire pit was enjoyed by all. Cool enough at night with the box fans on - no need for A/C!"

  • More than enough space for large group

"We recently stayed here over Thanksgiving, to celebrate by parent's 50th anniversary. We had 14 people in our group. There are so many common areas in the cabin - family room, huge living room, basement rec room...we could really spread out when we wanted to divide into groups, but we could also fit comfortably for doing activities as one big group. Plus, there is every game imaginable, books to read...a great pool table and shuffleboard table downstairs. We went on a beautiful hike one day and also explored nearby towns. The large fridge and double ovens were great for preparing the Thanksgiving meal. The deck was huge, with plenty of seating. The view was amazing. Each family had their own bathroom (although you had to be on the skinnier side to fit in two of the showers). The master bedroom and bathroom was spacious, but be aware that the shower is actually in the big tub, with no curtain. The cabin was very clean. When we arrived, it was freezing and I called Susan because we could not find the thermostat. She informed me that there isn't a thermostat and that the cabin is heated by the fireplaces and wall heaters. The cabin got toasty warm quick and we were very comfortable. Susan is very responsive and genuinely wants her guests to feel comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!"
