"My wife and I came here for our anniversary looking for privacy and relaxation. This home did not disappoint! The view is second to none and we felt as though we had the whole mountain to ourselves. We will absolutely be back. Quick 30 min drive to Asheville for dinner and Biltmore. We Hicks's throughout Pisgah as well which was breathtaking."

  • Amazing!

"Our stay at Altitude Adjustment was amazing! It was way better than we had expected, the cabin was fully furnished with everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The Owners Lisa and Rick made this cabin very welcoming and cozy it is as neat as a pin and very clean! Lisa was great to work with in planning our vacation she answered every question we had and went above and beyond to make it all perfect! I cant say enough how much we enjoyed our stay at their cabin, the front porch was amazing it had a view of the mountains that was breath taking! When we were at the cabin it was the spot most used we rocked in the rockers and just soaked in the view!! Another plus to their place is the garage we loved it we rode our motorcycle from Pennsylvania and knew it was secure in the garage definitely an added bonus for us! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the area of Maggie Valley NC. If we make it that way again it will definitely be the place we stay! Thanks Lisa for everything"

  • Majestic Hickory Lodge

"We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday with my sister, brother in law and another couple who are special friends. The cabin was beautiful, especially the cathedral ceiling in the upstairs living room with all of the mountian top views. The morning sun rises were spectacular as we sat on the deck with our coffee. We had a lot of fun playing pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi also! All of the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were supplied with towels, wash clothes and tp. I would definetly stay again. The only negative part is the steep drive up to the cabin and the gas grill's propane tank was empty. Our husbands had motorcycles and we had a four wheel drive truck. We all road the tail of the dragon near Robinsville, and we all agreed that the drive up to the cabin was more challenging! Not for the weary at heart"

  • Beautiful vacation home in Maggie Valley, North Carolina

"Wonderful private home nestled in the woods with elevated views of the mountains located in western Maggie Valley. Access to the property was an easy safe drive. The house is close to the Blue Ridge parkway, the Smokie Mountains National Park, the Cataloochie Ranch & Ski Resort and various shops and restaurants. Waynesville and Lake Junaluska are only 10 minutes away and Asheville is about 35 minutes away. The home is very large and has lots of extra room. The kitchen was stocked with everything necessary for meals including a large table that had room to seat 10. The house has a large wrap around porch, with rockers and benches all with great views facing west. Perfect for sunsets! The house was clean upon arrival and had all the amenities as described. A gas grill was available as well as wireless internet, cable TV and a DVD player. The house has three separate bedrooms, a bonus playroom, a gas fireplace, 4 TV's and 3.5 bathrooms so no lines and no waiting. The owners were very helpful and provided many local brochures and tips for things to do in the area. The craft beer market has moved into the area with 4 locations in Waynesville. Tipping Point and Frog Level both have great beers and a nice friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this house to anyone who would like to visit western NC. Thanks Marilyn...we had a great time!"
