  • Gorgeous Little Cabin Tucked Away From It All

"This gorgeous little cabin was the perfect getaway for my husband, our toddler and I! Although the foggy/rainy weather hampered the view for the majority of our trip, we still enjoyed the back porch swing, ethereal foggy mountain views and lovely surrounding property. It wasn't that hard to get to, either - and the location is gorgeous. Saluda was a quaint little town (we enjoyed Green River BBQ for dinner one night, and shopping at Thompson's & MA Pace grocery stores). The majority of our trip was spent at surrounding waterfalls and parks, making this cabin's location ideal. I would highly recommend it for those traveling with a little one - the location was quiet, plenty of room to bring a pack-n-play (our son slept in the corner of the master bedroom with us) and he loved taking a bath in the clawfoot tub! Overall, we had a relaxing time and felt our money was VERY WELL SPENT at this beautiful cabin. Wish we could have stayed longer and we will definitely be back!"

  • Excellent accommodation for our entire family.

"We slept 16 people in this two story home including an infant. The house was clean and everyone was comfortable. The views from the living area were spectacular. The kitchen was well equipped. The enclosed playroom stocked with many toys for the your kids was a real bonus, especially when it rained. We would definitely return for another family reunion and I would recommend it to anyone with a large group. We did most of our meal in house, but did take advantage of Green River BBQ, Thompsons and The Purple Onion. We all enjoyed tubing and kayaking down the Green River and had a baptism at Twin Lakes which is very nearby."

  • All that we had hoped and more

"This cabin was an amazing retreat and what a view. They were not kidding about the view!! True blue ridge experience with morning clouds/fog hovering in the valley. It's a windy road and driveway that is not for the faint at heart, but only added to the adventure for us. We rappelled, Whitewater Kayaked, hiked and toured the area. It's close to so much and a true relaxing getaway. A perfect combination for those who just want to relax/regenerate and those who need the adrenaline rush that the mountain have to offer. Something for everyone young and old. The cabin was well equipped with linens and kitchen items, just remember to bring essentials. It's quite a windy drive to pick up the "one thing" you forgot, so plan wisely. Also I wouldn't want to drive that road after enjoying one or two adult beverages. Only down side is all trash needs to be taken with you when you leave (which is fine), but finding a place to legal dump it was a challenge. After two attempts to find a place we had to ask one of the establishments if we could use their dumpster. Recommendation to owner: Please leave directions/suggestions on where to bring the trash bags. I searched online when I was in town and found nothing. I would 100% stay here again. My daughter is already ready to book it again. It has to be breathtaking in the fall."
