  • Cute Condo was perfect for our family

"We loved the condo and the surrounding area. The complex is well kept and the condo was well-appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our stay."

  • Beautiful area and nicely renovated home.

"Management company so pleasant and easy to work with. The home is in a golf community however this home overlooks the mountains. The extras shown in the pictures are 7min away and cost was $2 a day for a 3day min. anyone 14+ needed their own pass. The grocery store is a easy 9min away just passed the resort extras. The home was very clean and had everything we needed it was setup like a hotel with all the little soaps and toothbrushes. Each room had a box fan also for those of you that can't sleep without a fan. The bedroom setup wasn't clear to me in the post so I will share that. Queen bed downstairs where the bathroom could be made private due to a hallway door you could close, no tv. King bed is upstairs just outside is a bathroom but will be shared, big tv. Twin bedroom has 2twins, 2twin mattress under them and also 2bunk beds, small tube tv. The TV you see in a loft is a little hallway loft beside the stairs just big enough for a recliner to sit across for viewing. It was a neat addition which came in handy when the the older kid doesn't want to watch cartoons with the other kids. The sunroom is just heavenly in the evening watching the sun go down. You wil not be disappointed in choosing this home. I submitted pictures of the view so hopefully that will be posted soon. -only thing I would like would be a hot tub at home or soaking tub."

  • Cozy

"Spent New's Years Eve here with our 3 kids. Great house!! Loved the fireplace in middle of the family room and the kitchen. The only thing that we didn't care for is that the house is right of the main road. However, it was still quiet and cozy. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Beyond expectation!

"This year my family planned a destination Thanksgiving and I was fortunate enough to come across John's listing. I was a little nervous because it was a new listing and there weren't any reviews, but I shouldn't have been. John was so easy to work with and was quite responsive with communication. As the travel date neared, he "introduced" me to the property manager, Chris. Chris met my family upon arrival and helped them get acquainted with the house. The house was beautiful and perfect for a large family gathering - the pictures don't do it justice. There were 9 adults and 1 child, and we never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked a great feast in there. The view from the screened in porch was idyllic and the hot tub was amazing. The only thing I wish I'd known is the only access to the rooms downstairs is via the outside staircase. The weather was mild, so it wasn't an issue. One final note is the location. It's about a 10 to 15 minute drive into Cashiers and a 30 minute drive into the Highlands, sand we made the drive a few times. If you desire a cozy mountain/lake home away from home, then this is the place. Thank you, John and Chris!"
