  • Relaxing lake getaway

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the condo, it is well maintained and has a beautiful view on the balcony. The pool is very nice we ended up spending most of our time there."

  • Everything you could think of AND MORE!

"My husband and six of our friends from Ford Motor Company Engine Plant #1 booked Memorial Day weekend, and we were NOT disappointed! We met Rose upon our arrival, and were given a tour of the property which is beautiful, and absolutely gorgeous. It's like a private tucked away island, ON THE ISLAND. Your front yard view from every bedroom is THE LAKE and there is a brand new tree house built for leisure. We spent our mornings up there with coffee, and the resident pooch, Shadow, who we fell in love with all weekend. Everything we needed was provided and Rose and Carmen were incredibly accommodating. They spent some quality time with us, explaining the history of the island and the area. We also traveled into town (about ten minutes away) in one vehicle for evening fun. There is a kayak, a canoe and fishing equipment provided. We loved every minute there and will be returning next spring/summer. Thanks to Rose for her gracious hospitality and friendship. Such a sweet family!"

  • Nice home!

"Home was clean and comfortable. Only bad thing was bath tubs were badly stained and probably need replacing."

  • perfect get-away lake house

"We planned a long weekend get away in an area we hadn't experienced yet, with our busy adult children. The house is super quaint with all the early craftsmen touches, but what really sold us was the gorgeous backyard. We lit fires in the pit and cooked on the charcoal grill while relaxing in the comfortable outdoor furniture. There are glimpses of the lake from the front porch, which we spent some time on reading in the rockers. The bathroom is huge with plenty of shelf space for your stuff. The hostess was gracious and super accommodating. Our favorite parts of Geneva-on-the-Lake were the State Park (only 1 mile away) with a great bike/walking/running trail and beach, Madsen's Donuts, Eddie's Grill (a throw back gem), and GOTL Brewing (almost right across the street from the house). In the nearby town of Ashtabula there is an independent coffee shop that roasts their own, a smoke house called Briquettes and a long rail trail, Western Reserve. We also had great food in Cleveland and visited the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame."
