  • You have to see the spillways

"I took my boyfriend here for a getaway birthday weekend. When we first pulled up I was a little worried it wouldn't be as secluded as we'd like. However, the cabin faces away from the other house towards trees and a riverbed. No one can see you on the deck or through the windows. I never even heard any of the neighbors cars or saw another person. It is very private. Hottub perfect for 2. And they supply everything you need, just bring food. They gave us directions to the spillways, and you HAVE to go. It was like a scene from a fairytale movie. The water was clear and blue. There's even a rope swing! It was magical. i honestly didn't want to leave, it was so beautiful. We had the best time in this tiny cozy cabin. Would definitely visit again. We even got to bring the dog! (;"

  • Great place and location!

"The home was very spacious with plenty of room for larger groups. The home was clean and easy to figure everything out. There is a huge deck out back overlooking the cove just across and down a bit from the dripping springs cliff. It has it's own private boat dock with a deck on top that you can hang out on and jump off of into the cove. The top deck above the dock was a very cool bonus that we did not know was there before booking it. The only downside about the location is if you are bringing a larger boat, there is a very steep and narrow hill that you have to go down then back up again which is kinda sketchy pulling a big boat. This hill is just before you get to the property. The private boat ramp is also very steep, I would recommend launching your boat in the public ramp just around the corner, then drive your boat over to the private boat dock at the property. Overall I would highly recommend this place for some good vacation time at Grand Lake!"

  • Very nice and peaceful

"The cabin was beautiful. The first night we had flash flooding in the area and the street was washed out. My brother-in-law was at the grocery store and when he came back he had to drive through the flooded creek which was up to his door handle. He made it and we had a great weekend. We had verizon, sprint and t-mobile. Verizon had little service, sprint had very little and t-mobile had none. We also rented a pontoon from h2o one of the days and they were great as well. Russ was great. He emailed us about 20 mins before we arrived."
