  • Farar Family Reunion 2016

"My step-daughter and her husband rented this beautiful cabin, for all the family that drove in from Texas. It is in a neighborhood, but pleasant and quite one. The views were very pretty. Of course his daughter/husband enjoyed the upstairs loft BDRM. Which was fabulous. We were lucky and got the downstairs bedroom with door to outside porch. It slept about 11/13 ppl including children/baby. We enjoyed morning coffee on decks, evening we enjoyed cooking out. My husband and I live about 8 miles down the road, but our family has grown so much this cabin made it very enjoyable so I think its what we've decided to do every year. Very spacious, maybe few more TV channels because OU game was on, but we were at Cherokee National holiday parade so it wasnt no biggie since we weren't there. But overall , I would recommend it and possibly going to book for next year."

  • Just what we wanted.

"We chose this rental due to our desire for three bedrooms and two baths to accommodate five members of our extended family and also it's proximity to the Cookson area of Lake Tenkiller and the Cookson Bend Resort and Marina. All family members were very pleased with the comfort, exceptional maintainence, beautiful and restful setting, pleasant grounds and overall thoughtfulness on display at this charming house. Additionally, David was most accommodating. We felt totally at ease with just the right combination of privacy and proximity to the Lake and the lovely town of Tahlequah."

  • Beautiful View!

"The lake cabin was about 30-40 yards up the hill from the water and appears to be 30-35 years old. It has had some remodel work done and was clean. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We did have some trouble with one of the toilet floats getting stuck both up (toilet would not fill) and down (water kept running when full). We stayed at the cabin in late December, so there were very few people around and many of the local restaurants were closed. However, this was expected and we had a quiet getaway with family. There was a short 1 mile hiking trail not far from the cabin that was very pretty. I think it would be a good place for a summer trip to the lake."

  • Warm & Inviting Property for Christmas holiday!

"The Country Comfort Cabin was just as advertised! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our recent 4 night stay during the Christmas holiday. Property was very clean and well-maintained. Amenities were outstanding. Not to mention the large covered driveway for easy entry/exit. We were definitely delighted and will be returning for a future getaway! The price point cannot be beat! Thanks so very much Tami & Perry for your hospitality!"
