  • Very cozy living room and very nice kitchen.

"We only stayed for two nights here, but we wished that we could stay a little longer to enjoy more of this cozy and roomy house. It sit right off the beach, and just a short drive to Safeway store. The layout of the house is excellent. We can have a full views of the ocean from the kitchen, the dining room, the living room, and even a family room on the second floor. The large kitchen was just remodeled and it's very nice which is very important to us. The rest of the house was in good condition and clean. We'll definitely stay here again."

  • Fantastic Vacation Ocean View Home in Lincoln City.OR

"My extended family, including relatives from New York, stayed at Cape Cod Northwest for Labor Day Weekend, 2016. We had 10 people, ages from 4 to over 60+,we all had a superb time.! The deck views(two decks) of the ocean are spectacular! This beautiful home has large bedrooms, a kitchen fit for a king, with a dining room table that seats ten easily, and large picture windows that allows unlimited views of the ocean. The home is overly equipped with all the necessary home items for a perfect getaway vacation: all types of kitchen appliances, extra blankets, games, books, numerous TV's, also, as a bonus- you will have a seven person hot tub, with ocean views, to have at your disposal! At Cape Cod Northwest, you will create memories that with last for many years to come! My family looks forward to a return visit!"

  • Reunion At The Beach? No Problem!

"Our branch of the family consists of 14 individuals, seven adults and seven children ages 1-14. The 3 bedroom 'suites', 4th bedroom with double bunk beds, provided Play and Pack and the 'hide-a-beds' on the second and third floor huge sofas exceeded our needs. Everyone was happy! The third floor game room had air hockey (yes it worked) and a surprising number of toys and games for all ages. With the sofa and gas fireplace it turned into a good 5th bedroom at night. The hot tub on the game room balcony was clean, hot and well used by us. The ocean is visible to some degree from all floors. The kitchen on the second floor was truly great! It was filled with good appliances, small appliances, cookware and bakeware, and on and on and on. If you do not see it at first - go treasure-hunting through all the drawers and cabinets and you will probably find it. Two gas grills were found in the garage and one of them grilled tasty fresh oysters in their shells (Sam helped). Laundry area located in second floor 1/2 bathroom. We hosted the other branches of the family (34 people) for breakfast featuring crab omelets, grilled oyster, baked bacon and blueberry pancakes. Except for parking (we shuttled mostly), easy in this beach house. The extended family voted ours the best of 4 beach houses rented for this reunion. We definitely hope to rent this house in the future for a 'mini-reunion' of our immediate family - although we are expecting #15 soon. So much more to say about this house and Lincoln City - but time for me to go back to daily life - your turn to check it out! Definitely a 5 star experience for all of us. All is not perfect. 1) Parking requirements for leased houses in Lincoln City are strict, but we were able to park our three large size vehicles in the outside spaces, all within the boundaries, leaving one more space inside the garage. 2) Not wheelchair accessible and we would not recommend it for anyone who cannot climb stairs (with good railing) fairly easily. 3) Not right on the beach. You will need to walk a block to get to the easy accessed beach (and about 5-6 to get to the casino)."

  • Fun house!

"Great property for young families. The kayaks, paddle board and pedal boat were a big hit with the kids. Close to the beach and on a lake. There were some missing essentials such as a broom or vacuum and some needed repairs, but not a bad place for a fun get away."
