  • Great rental with a great setup!

"We stayed in the Tidezilla condo for 3 nights and overall it was a great experience. The layout of the condo was perfect. I loved that the bed was in the main room, so we could sleep to the sound of the ocean. The main room also included a couch, chairs and a dining table. It had all the furniture you could want without being crowded. It felt comfy and not like a hotel, like other condos we've stayed at. The microwave was not working while we stayed there which was a small inconvenience, but the owner was quick to look into moving us into another condo with a working microwave. While we declined, because it wasn't that huge of a deal to us, it shows how awesome they take care of their guests! My only suggestions are to look into getting some new pans for the kitchen because the ones we found were in bad shape and the nonstick was completely worn off. We also could not get the ceiling fan to work, no matter what we tried. The binder left that explains the TV, Wifi and etc needs to be updated because it suggests that they had Apple TV when they did not and the remotes are not the same in the pictures. Other than that, we really enjoyed the condo and would definitely rent it again! We've stayed at many condos over the years and this one is one of my favorites so far."

  • *******EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!!!*******

"C.B. was wonderfully efficient as always in helping me to book this property. Even got me an early check in for the 4th of July weekend!!! John was right there to meet me although I was a bit late due to traffic. So nice to be greeted with a set of keys instead of having to remember those stupid lock codes. Makes me feel safer too. Got some cool gifts for booking three nights! Thanks for the swag! This unit affords perfect views of the ocean....north and south...due to being an end unit!! I saw fireworks galore right in front of me and all the way down south as well as the display that was shot over Devil's Lake. I didn't have to deal with traffic at all. Enjoyed a day at Chinook Winds Casino just up the road. This unit was top-notch just like every other unit managed by C.B & John. They are always clean, include every amenity you could ever need and the beds are always comfortable with a tasteful décor. You won't be disappointed. What a wonderful, rejuvenating, relaxing stay. Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing!! I'm hoping to score this unit again for the kite festival."

  • Beautiful House and Location

"We usually book a trip to the Oregon coast once a year. this is the first time we stayed on the bay. It was very peaceful and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the beach and I had peace of mind a rogue wave wasn't going to carry them away! The house is very nice, one of the nicest we have stayed in , especially for the price. Wall of windows is beautiful and we enjoyed reading in the chairs with a view. Owner is very nice and responsive , we had no issues. We did spend a fortune at the Bay House ($165 for dinner) and the food was terrible. I recommend Mo's! It's not fancy but at least it tastes good and you will save 100 bucks."

  • Beach Birthday Weekend

"We have just returned from a wonderful weekend spent at this property. The house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were 3 couples, and the house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. The spaciousness of each of the rooms made our stay very pleasant even though there were six of us. Six people in one kitchen can sometimes lead to disaster, but not at this house. The layout of the home allowed us to spend time together and private time as well, and the close proximity to the beach was a definite plus. There really are no negatives to report, but I would mention, this is a private home and not a hotel, so don't forget to take your own toiletries, etc. You won't find, nor should you expect to, shampoo or bar soap in the bathrooms. The only, shortcoming for me, was the lack of bedside lamps in the bedroom we used, having a lamp would have been great, but certainly no big problem and the handy switch next to the bed to turn off the main bedroom light was a nich touch. We would love to revisit this home and both the couples that joined us thought just the same. Everyone took cards from the business card stack on the counter. . . .this place is a keeper!!"
