  • Exceptional find...and I looked at a lot

"We had a great week in this beautiful, ocean front house. Every convenience imaginable and so comfortable. The proximity to the ocean is breathtaking. I loved walking to town and on the 804 trail each morning. Our dog loved romping in the yard. Already booked it again for next year."

  • The Best

"Secluded beautiful wooded ocean-front property with plenty of parking (sometimes a problem at the coast). The house was delightful -- tasteful choices throughout. The kitchen is stocked with best quality appliances, dishes, glassware. The linens are to die for! Lauren towels and crisply ironed best quality sheets on the sumptuous beds. We have rented many very nice vacation properties in Yachats and Waldport over the years but this was the BEST. We'll be back."

  • Cozy

"Loved the garage and entrance from the garage so we were protected from the elements as we unpacked and packed our van. There were baskets of blankets and a comfy couch that my teen daughters and their friends draped themselves on in total comfort. We were right on the beach so after the girls played in the waves, they could run right to the house and warm up in the showers. At high tide, there is not much of a beach and you need to be careful! A run to the rocks still resulted in minor injuries from a sneaker wave (wood got rolled onto bare feet). I loved the sunrise and sunset walks. For Pokémon Go players, there were two pokemon gates with semi rare creatures that kept everyone busy. It was quite exciting to get dratinis, vulprixes, mag0ikarps and charmanders from our comfy couch. There is a nice hike in Yachats two miles away on the bluffs that had exciting waves crashing. We had brought extra toilet paper and paper towels but we should not have bothered. Kitchen was well equiped and the fridge was great! Beds were comfy although upstairs, the hail woke the kids. We loved our stay and I got plenty of gorgeous pictures of the beach I shared with my Facebook friends. I would highly recommend this house although more than seven people could be a little crowded (we had six)."
