"We were very pleased with this property. The owner has done a beautiful job of decorating and making the condo very comfortable. Location is excellent! It is easier to walk to downtown Bend from this property than to drive to it. Owner was good at offering any help needed and we loved the kitchen and comfortable bed. Perfect for a couple."

  • Lovely!

"We had an amazing stay at the Tiny Inn! The home was so cozy and adorable and there were so many cute and creative little details that went into the decorating and the overall design that truly made this a beautiful little place to stay! Thank you so much, We hope to be able to visit again!"

"What an awesome home. Literally a two minute drive from downtown with easier access to a greater array of amenities than the previous two trips when we stayed in the historic, old section of Bend. The house is "soft" modern, very comfortable and well appointed. We're planning a return trip in the not too distant future and will absolutely stay here again."

  • Fantastic

"The Sunshine House is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of the Deschutes River Trail and downtown - convenient, since downtown parking is hit and miss. It's a bit of an uphill climb back to the house, as it is situated a few blocks up Awbrey Butte, but not so far to make it inconvenient - just too steep for us to pedal our bikes. The nicely laid out, two level house had everything we needed, with comfortable furniture and a great bed. Bed and bath linens were good quality and the kitchen well appointed. I would caution anyone planning to make the trip in a long wheelbase vehicle, such as our F-350 long bed double cab pickup (22 foot length) - the lane to the house is narrow and you have to make a couple of tight turns to get to the house and in the driveway; there is no on-street parking. Fortunately we were in our SUV (BMW X5) which maneuvered just fine and fit in the garage, if parked a bit on the diagonal. The house would be ideal for two couples or one with several children, although we visited as a couple. Two bedrooms are situated on separate levels, each with a bathroom. Eating areas are versatile with a large dining table, breakfast bar for two, and seating for four at the deck's patio table. The living areas in the house face East, so there would be no hot afternoon sun in the summer, which is nice since the house lacks AC. There are ceiling fans on each level and two large box fans available for use. I would recommend this house to anyone vacationing in Bend - a friendly town with so many choices for recreation. You need to stay at least three days; wish we could have stayed longer."
