  • Fantastic for Family Gatherings

"This place had it all. From the camping room in the bunk house to all of the rooms being named to the large great room area to have the whole family gather in for meals and games in the evening. It was great. Super close access to Fort Rock Park and just about a 5 minute bike ride to the SHARC and an 8 minute ride to the Village. Would recommend this place to anyone and will more than likely stay here again! Thank you to the Wilsons! Great house!"

  • This is THE best place!

"Stayed here for 4 nights in Feb 2016 to go skiing and check out Bend. Accomodations were perfect for us and our dog. The location was amazingly convenient to downtown, walk to restaurants and coffee, walk to the river and easy drive to Mt. Bachelor since you are on the right side of town. We would totally stay here again - Lisa made it so easy."

  • Quiet, Clean & Peaceful - JUST like home!!

"Absolutely a quiet, clean and peaceful home! The neighborhood is near the college but it's very safe and quiet. We were in town for our son's 'destination' wedding and Juniper Jewel was only 4 minutes from Aspen Hall! Just as quiet at night as our rural home is! Since we were hosting the rehearsal dinner and we weren't catering it in to the hall, I needed the kitchen for prep work. This home is by far the best 'well equipped kitchen' we've ever stayed in. Sally even has funnels to fill iced tea jugs! AMAZING and very much appreciated. The furniture is clean and very comfortable. We watched the opening of the Olympics and the following days' events on their large flat screen TV. Sally also had everything one would need in the bathrooms; much more offered here than any other home we've stayed in. In fact, it's so well stocked, we thought that Sally and Jim were going to come stay just after we left! Yes! It's THAT well stocked with essentials! We highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a quiet, rest-filled get away. FYI: It is not ADA accessible. Stairs lead to the entrances from the garage and to the front door, which wasn't a problem for us. The garage will accommodate 2, small cars or one mid sized pick up/suv. Worked well for our needs! Thank you, Jim and Sally, for being such gracious 'hosts' for our son's 'wedding weekend'!"

  • outstanding

"Just got back from a stay at Kayella's golf course home and were very pleased with all aspects. The house is very clean, well maintained yard and a very well stocked kitchen. we were three families with four children under the age of 5 and had plenty of room in the spacious house. Eight SHARC passes and numerous bikes and a bike trailer were all in good working order."
